I burned 695 calories doing this workout 🔥 I could have burned 749 or more but I started slacking at the end . I’m 5’2, 139 lbs and 20 years old.

As an 18 year old female who loves challenges, I am proud to say that I smashed this workout in one go. This is really challenging yet fun, although I think I developed a love-hate relationship with sprints and high knees 🤣 Thank you for this amazing workout, I hope you can do more in the future! I've worked-out with you for a few years. I'm amazed at my progression. Repetition workouts can be boring. Your provide a twist to those that keep me engaged. It is obvious you put in a lot work into your content. Sorry for the long post, I just wanted you to know in case you ever question your content!

I barely made it to move 42, then I had to give up. But it's really motivating reading the comments of all these people having completed it. I'm quite overweight, so I'll set it as my goal to come back to this one day and smash it. Long way to go!

That was great! The work and rest intervals were just right so I kept my heart rate up, but I was still able to keep going. I feel like I got a great workout, but I am not dead. Thank you!

Nuts! Wicked fitness challenge. Was convinced this guy was trying to kill me 😅 Love the creative combos that challenge EVERYTHING - cardio, strength, balance, mental toughness, the works! At 53 and on a renewed fitness plan, I made it to 66 with some modifications. Really looking forward to going right to the end.

Wow!!! This definitely was intense and a major challenge but I did it! The trick is to take your time and modify where needed. It’s a marathon not a sprint 💪🏾 *Good music playing in the background helps too 💃🏾

Im so confused about the min and max times in the corner! Can someone please help? Is that showing how many mins he recommends for each exercise? It changes so often (even before the next exercise starts) so I wasn't sure. Hopefully someone sees this and responds. Thanks in advance!

This program is designed to make a person lose up to 1000 calories no matter the size or height. However, your diet does affect the results.

Finished at minute 7:43 Couldn't keep up Even though I do HIIT in a daily basis This was too much for me to begin I'll do the 10,000 steps And slowly intruduce this one whenever I'm dying

That's honestly the best way to go about. Work your way up, instead of just forcing yourself when it's not ideal.
