I just want to say thank you, because of your videos I have managed to lose 65 pounds. I started working out and watching your videos on April 5, 2015 and since then I have managed to lose 65 pounds, have a baby, and keep the weight off. Congoshades Hey :) no, I haven't attempted their 1000 calories workouts yet haha I use a variety of their videos like their strength training ones - upper body, core, and lower body - HIIT, cardio, kickboxing, and pilates. I alternate between strength training and HIIT, and do pilates (after a brutal butt and thigh video) and cardio/kickboxing after the strength training sessions, and a walk after HIIT :) hope this helps :) xx

Hey :) I'm a 14 years old girl and I'v been doing workouts for about 3 months now. And this was the first time, when i could do a 1000 calorie workout without adding plus rest times. And I'm so proud, because I usually give up things really easily and i think i finally found something that I won't give up :D (sorry for my English, I'm not a fluent speaker) Btw I can already see my muscles on my entire body *---* So if you - who's reading this right now - are a similar person to me, who gives up thigs easily, I can tell you that you are going to see the results, just keep going! :)

+Selana Del Rey hey, I'm 15 and have have no athletic background. this is a little tough once you start but if you're a beginner it's fine. once you start exercising daily or every other day these become much easier. if you feel as if they're too hard, you can take longer breaks or do low impact :) I started doing these 3 months ago for about 3 times per week and I lost 15 pounds. (with no change in diet) also don't be afraid if you gain weight, it's muscle weight. I hope this helped and gave you motivation :)

OH MY... WORKOUT COMPLETE!!! 😍😍😍 Today is the first day of my 5th week doing your workouts. And it's the third week I've been doing your 1000 Calorie WOs. Ive been doing your 1000 CW on Mondays to start off my week and get rid of the unwanted calories and carbs Ive devoured on my cheat day which is on Saturdays. Then, I also do it on Fridays to end my great workout week. Then I do my thighs and butt on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And another core/abs on Wednesdays. Which after working out to this video, I might have to do yoga or low impact instead on Tuesdays and Thursdays to rest a bit. Last weekend was a bummer since I probably ate 5000 Calories Saturday and Sunday. 😥 I wasnt proud of it but I honestly couldnt wait for today and to start working out again. This new workout was amazing! I have never sweat so much thru an entire workout even your 1000 CW! I have loved every single workout and most importantly the end of this 😥. My whole body doesnt like me right now lol I started this 4 weeks ago. While i still have some fats here and there ( Im 5'2, 23yo, started with128lbs) ; Im not by all means heavyweight but you'd probably look at me say im too skinny but Im not fit. I've noticed my clothes fit differently now. It's a slow process but Im getting there! As of now I weigh about 122lbs. Im not trying to lose weight . I just want to be fit. Thank You Kelli and Daniel for your hardwork! Just want you to know you guys are appreciated! Would love to see your merchandise again! THIS WORKOUT IS COMPLETE! For pure strength training yes, always without shoes. But for cardio/hiit that requires jumping and shuffling about I like to have shoes on for both friction and balance!

Eating late does not cause weight gain. That is a myth, your body doesn't know what time it is, as long as you eat 2-3 hours or so before you go to bed you should be fine :)

I just wanna say thank you guys so much for what you do. As a poor person, I probably never would've gone out of my way to study how to work out safely and efficiently because I assumed it'd be expensive. When I found you guys literally by chance, I learned so much and I'm still learning. When I found the FB website my literal first reaction was, "Oh, yeah. And how much does it cost for me to watch these workout videos?" When I found out it was free I was absolutely delighted, and am even more so now that I see that you guys are the real deal and not some knockoff. Last semester, one flight of stairs winded me. I just started classes again and have discovered that I don't start feeling winded until nearly the third flight!! That's a huge deal for me. I have firmer biceps too. I can power walk between classes, even if it's six blocks down, without worrying about having to catch my breath before entering the classroom. I've lost five pounds since I started working out to your videos. My goal is to lose forty more, but because of how encouraging and fun you guys are, I already love my body. I didn't think I'd love it this much until I reached my goal weight or at least got close, but I do. I love those other changes more than my weight. Of course, weight loss is still a goal, but not one I weigh (pun intended) as much as other physical changes. By the way, this is the third or fourth time I've done this video and am proud to say that I did about 90% of the harder versions of the HIIT and about 90% of the strength section with my heavier weights, as opposed to doing pretty much all low impact the first time I did it. Unfortunately, that wore me out to the point where I could only manage lower impact versions of almost all of the cardio portion (although I did most of the core workouts full force). Thank you guys for kicking my butt into shape! As someone who used to have a serious problem with emotional eating, I have discovered that exercising has made me feel better than a donut ever has or ever will (even though they're still delicious lol). I not only enjoy exercise now, I look forward to it. I try to do at least thirty minutes a day, even if it's just low impact cardio or yoga. Edit: And I'm way more flexible than I used to be!!

Fantastic workout! As someone who's spent money on gym memberships, personal trainers, and expensive meal plans, you guys do a better job in my opinion. I even purchased your 19.99 dollar 4 week meal plan and was blown away, as I used to pay a couple hundred a month for meal plans that weren't near as detailed. I love your 1000 calorie work out videos. I wear my fitbit and usually burn off about 750-800 calories when I do them. Ive been following these videos for over a year now. Keep them coming!

Just finished. Fantastic workout. Changing the grip on the tricep and bicep was a great idea and burpees, squats, and planks at the end was very tough but very rewarding. I cant say enough good things about your workouts. Thank you for helping millions of us!

I lost 47 pounds with your workouts and eating better. went from 160 to 123. this Is after three kids as well. Thank you for motivating a mom of 3 to stay in shape :)
