Important: Moderation & how to use these 1000 calorie workouts These workouts are lengthy, they are total body, and they are intense, which means that you need to use them with caution, care, and moderation. They are not meant to be done every day of the week. They aren’t meant to be done every other day, or even every third day. These are an endurance challenge, and they should be done 1-2x/week as an absolute max. Rest is so very important; don’t make the mistake of thinking that more is better; it’s not. Overdoing it can actually backfire and end up setting you further off from your goals. Your body needs to heal in between these workouts. Treat them like an endurance challenge, try it 1-4 times a month, and see if you feel stronger each time around. ➡ Love & respect your body! You can both need to make changes for your health, AND appreciate your body. Push yourself during this workout, but don’t be afraid to stop and take extra breaks, drop the weights, modify the exercise, etc - Make this work for you. There is no shame in modifying a workout to make it work for you and as long as you’re pushing yourself, it is no less effective. Listen to your body.

EllenMami * I like the five day challenges they have. There is one for “busy people” with workouts that are all under 45 minutes. I have done tons of videos- too many to list- but the five day challenges are awesome because you know you are working a good mix of muscles.

Working out with you guys pushes me to keep going even when I feel like I can't give anymore. But that's because my body is lazy. XD 1:23 Warm-up 6:53 HIIT part 1 19:49 HIIT part 2 33:23 Total body strength part 1 - alternating between an Upper Body and Lower Body exercise 50:09 Total body strength part 2 1:07:10 Abs and Core 1:17:32 Cooldown and stretch And of course, no Workout Complete is a workout complete without a Deep Glute Stretch!

I started following your workouts, and I shall definitely never renew my gym membership! You guys are the best! I can hear my fats crying at the end of the workouts! The best part is, the exercises are not very difficult to do, this makes it very tough to quit or give up! (I am lazy!) I am a devoted follower of your work! Keep it up!

exactly, if someone don't want heavy weightlifting and build up big muscles, you can do all this at home, not at gym. Even for saved membership money people can buy every month some cool training tool or invest in more healthy eating, which is not secret - cost also more.

Workout complete! I almost skipped the core but I thought, "Well, I've come this far and I've never NOT completed a 1000 cal workout!" I've been with you guys since you first started on KZbin! My oldest daughter is surviving a terminal illness and I literally don't have the freedom (money or time) to go to the gym. I've done your workouts in her bedroom, PICU rooms, spending months at a time in the hospital...if I have my phone or a computer I can exercise! Thank you Kelli and Daniel for providing an outlet for my physical AND mental health and NOT QUITTING on us!! Fun fact: My now seven year old daughter was reading "workout complete" and "water break" when she was two years old. (She does a beautiful burpee!) What I love about this channel is that they mess up in their videos and don’t edit it. Moral of it, everyone messes up no one is perfect what matters is that you keep going and don’t look back. That’s how everyone will see results. DONT GIVE UP. keep it up guys always loving the content and what do you for everyone. Not too many channels out there like this.

I almost passed out in the middle of this workout but i knew i had to push and endure. I love your channel. I've been looking for great workout platforms and yours is the best. Its organized and engaging, i cant seem to get enough. Im currently 75kg but im looking to drop to 60kg.

As someone with a very limited amount of weights only (5, 10, 15 and 25 pounds) I find workouts like these very helpful because I can only do lunges, squats, deadlifts and a few others. I am trying my best to buy some more weights or getting power blocks once I have saved up enough yet I just thank you for making workouts like these where even body weight modications can still help burn. 🙂 Gym memberships are not a requirement to be healthy!

I gotta be honest, I had to pause in the middle of the training exercise as the HIIT depleted my energy fast. I thought about quitting but I decided to just take a short break instead. I wanted to push myself but I remembered that I should also listen to my body. I needed to rest so I did. It turned out to be a good decision because I was able to recover a little bit of my energy to complete the rest of the workout. Thanks Fitness Blender, thanks Daniel!

thank you guys!!!! doing your videos for just over a year, lost 5kg and built up my self confidence. weekly I do 30 min abs or lower body exercise. decided to test myself today with this one. I am so happy as I could do much more than I expected. my body is a jelly but the satisfaction of completing the exercise gives me incredible joy and happiness. thank you

Could you do one though that focusses just on strength training? No cardio, just bodyweight and weighted toning/strength?

killanoit If you mean about getting up enough courage, I've already done it. I'm not new to intense exercise as I am a competitive swimmer and the practices are much harder than this exercise. I've was off swimming for a couple months and was trying to get back in shape.

I was extremely hesitant about doing this workout...I haven't been as strict with my workouts this summer and knew this would be incredibly difficult. I wanted to give up at least 5 different times, I paused many more times than I'd like to admit, but I finished the whole workout!! So for anyone who finds this workout daunting, you can do it :) it is tough, but nothing feels better than finishing the workout, being proud of yourself, and going to eat a great meal

Didn't know if I was gonna be able to do this one today but decided to try it anyway and surprised myself that I got to the end (although pairing star jumps and mountain climbers together was CRUEL, Daniel!!). I've got to say by the 40 min mark I was about to give up but as things started to slow down a bit I felt that I could push through each mini set. Gladly I did, managed to complete the whole workout and even though I was spent I was pleased with myself for finishing. No doubt I'll be feeling it tomorrow. Thank you zzzzzzzz
