Every time doing this workout feels like some kind of journey. It makes me feel from excited to desperate, from sturdy to sore and like I want to give up but at the same time the fighting spirit rises and wow it makes me feel like a winner when I see that "Workout Complete" on the screen! after 2 months doing this 2-3 times/week , i can do it quite easily, i lost weight and gain a little muscles, but i have a champions heart. This workout is simply awesome.

One of my favorite HIIT routines from you guys because it incorporates the exercises I like/need to work on: - burpees - pushup variations - squat jump - star jump - high knee

My body was less sore when I did some more stretches in another FB 1000 calorie workout after this. And of course remember to drink plenty of water and take a nice warm bath!

Another great addition! But for the less extreme days, could you add some new 40-50 mins total body videos at level 4-5? The ones you already have are amazing and I'd love to have some new ones added. I've never felt stronger than I do now, after doing your workouts 4 times a week for about 10 months. Thank you for keeping my workout routine fresh and challenging!

I like to do workouts like these in the morning because it makes me feel energized and accomplished for the rest of the day. The only downside is now I can barely lift my arms to wash my hair.

HaRoo Vong Yeah, it helps. But I recommend other videos from FitnessBlender ,specially the cardio videos if losing weight is your main goal. Dont forget to mantain healthy eating habits (NO process foods, NO sugar!) and you will be fine.

WOOOW congrats that is amazing! Which videos do you suggest? I have lost 11 pounds in 3 months and still have about 10 more to go to be at a healthy weight but I've stopped losing for about a month now. So I'm trying harder workouts like this one. So, a long workout calls for a long feedback! First, I loved the workout! I liked the whole concept - HIIT, core, strength, cardio. Since I am quite picky when it comes to ab workouts, I have to say that the core section in here is very good. Great exercises, intense and challenging, and the perfect length of intervals. I was also feeling SO amazing after the arm strength section! I used 2x 4kg dumbells (I don't have others) and as I said, I felt great at the end. The whole workout was so much fun! My head is red like a tomato and I'm drenched in sweat :-) Besides, I liked the mini preview frame to see what exercise comes up next. However, there's one point of criticism: during the HIIT part the signal after each exercise was too quiet and since I could not look at the screen during every exercise I often did not notice when the exercise was actually over. I know you were quiet out of breath as well but maybe you could have shouted "stop" or something ;-) Nevertheless, it is an awesome workout overall! I will definitively do this again (and again anad again)! I love your work, keep on with it! Greetings from Germany!

I think maybe the signal volume was quiet because Daniel messed up the count during the end of the hiit portion? And so in order for us not to mess it up either we could only hear his voice telling us what to do. But that's just a thoery

I have't done all the 1000 calorie burns, but this was my favorite so far. I have been doing one 1000 calorie burn a week, and the other two times less intense videos in the week. Thanks and next week I will do a new one. I love how I can do different things and work all different muscles groups, verses what I once did and keep doing the same 2 or 3 videos over again. :)

I really enjoyed the hllt in this workout. The strength training was good for the upper body because I can still feel it lol, but no leg exercises kinda ruined it for me. Everything else was great. Thanks for taking your time to make this for us!

Hey guys, I have a fitbit charge hr now so I was able to track my calories burned and I am a 5'6" female 145 lbs and I burnt 656 calories at the end of this workout but I have been doing this for a while now and I didn't push myself hard enough today. That might be the reason I burnt so less. Hope this helps!

+Deepika Reddy Wearables are not very accurate at tracking expenditure from HIIT or strength training (which is ironic because these 2 are the absolute best for burning fat/losing weight). I would not put too much stock in the readout. With that said, there's always a pretty big range in the amount of calories one burns, because there are so many variables that come into play. Try to focus less on the actual number and more on the fact that you're up and moving and making your body stronger and healthier.

Dear Daniel, I love you, but I am so mad at you right now for putting Star Jumps in this video without telling me on the info page on your website. The list stops after the 4th group of Hiit, and I thought I was safe from the evil Star Jumps, so I went ahead and started the video. these kick outs between your legs really are frustrating i feel too stupid koordinating these- but i will work on it and do the easier version first... and the double buttkickers are too hard for me...when there are two execises after the other in one group- i can´t do properly i feel like a loser. But i only critizize because i hope critizism helps you more in improving your videos. NOrmally i´m only telling you guys how freaking awesome you are :) because you are!i love your videos and i see so much improvement eve, though i only on workout plan 21 of round 5.

I had the same problems! Instead of kick out between your legs I did mountain climbers and the double buttkickers I replaced with just a regular buttkicks!

Sure, from what I know it's not a problem if you do a lot of warming up and dynamic stretching at first, probably more than the basic one in this workout I'd say. I'm no expert but I've seen many videos that do the cardio after the strength training. It just require more warming up in order to not hurt your muscles.

Tried doing this after a week of no working out. I did 20 minutes. I think I died a little. But I think for me it was mostly mental. I kept thinking I have sooo much time left. I can't do this, I can't do this. In a 40 min workout I push myself cause I got half way through I can do the other half. I love your excercises.

love-hate that last cardio bit so much! my body screams at me because its so done and tired and mostly somehow shut down because of the much slower pace in the abs & strenght portion and then has to move full on again - so effective yet brutal! guess that really tackles the fat which is the only thought that gets me through this to be honest ;) love that workout in general, especially since daniel is just as much in pain as i am which makes it way more bearable :)

what happens if I actually do take breaks in between this workout? for example, i have to attend to my boys, answer the phone, someone always needs my attention, or im just sooo tired to keep going. Does affect something? Or do I not lose calories if I stop? Cause I know you always say dont stop, keep going. I just never understood why.
