The first time I ever heard this song was the day she dropped Chromatica and I added the album to my iPhone immediately. I’ll never forget how I was so unsure of the world at the time and having being isolated from so many of my loved ones due to a pandemic, I remember crying over this song and also “rain on me”. I’m super excited to hear this song as a ballad because I always thought it would be so pretty slowed down. I had no idea she originally wanted it to be a ballad and that she didn’t want it to be a dance song, but I can definitely appreciate both

my fllight to London for 29th June has been cancelled due to covid restrictions in Taiwan where my flight was transiting, the whole trip had to be cancelled & the main reason the trip is to attend The Chromatica Ball but now i cant. I've always wanted to see Gaga live since 2008 but never thought i would had a chance until i made the purchase. I was in shock for 2 days after finding out my flight has to be cancelled until i saw this performance, then i finally cried my eyes and heart out, especially when she said 'If you're sad, dont give upon yourself' that helped me open the floodgates in my heart after knowing im not able to see her live. One day, gaga, one day i will.

God, I love Lady Gaga she is my idol for sure! I felt that way when I was at my loneliest and darkest page in my life. I wondered why I was even still here. I Beleive it's to help others in this world find that spark of light that will bring them to their true self and be able to defeat their demons and be happy in themselves.
