Bro, install a boiler and run a steam engine to run a generator as a substitute for solar panel. This produces about 1KW, if so three hours charging is good enough for a house.for the whole day. The boiler could be run with charcoal if there is no sun.

Wonderful work. You should try cooking vegetarian dishes. Y There is lot of potential for this cooker in villages and small towns with open spaces. If you want to cook being inside the house, i suggest you try connecting a blackened tube/pipe to the vessal holder. Hot air will flow and heat the vessal. This is my feeling, pl try it and if successful, put another video.

You can use oil to transfer heat thru pipes inside house, steam is inefficient you can use thick engine oil in pipes to transfer heat, oil should circulate, Tirupati is doing it
