The Elixir Ultime has been my HG hair oil for the last couple of years. I also have relatively fine, blonde, low porosity hair and it doesn't weigh my hair down or make it feel greasy and it smells incredible. I hope you love it, too!

I usually only wear drugstore foundations as I just can’t seem to justify spending so much $$ on high end or luxury. However, since Dior first launched that stick foundation I’m like “I would really spend my money on this!” Don’t know why. Glad I’m watching this because I do have an oily t-zone so glad to hear it held up for you! I think I’m going to get it!

I got the Dior foundation. I am 45 and have dry skin. I was a tad disappointed at first because it wasn’t as radiant as I would have liked. But, I have never had a foundation that legit looks like skin but with coverage.

I ended up getting a decant of La tarte tatin perfume and I do get a apple mixed with cinnamon kind of like an apple pie, but my husband wrecked it for me lol he asked which candle I was burning 🙄😆. It does exude that kind of fall apple spice candle scent. I still like it! It’s definitely gourmand and it lingers as cinnamony apple scent with some light pastry in the background.

I have blonde hair too and tried the Kerastase mask for blonde hair. I did not care for it and it took me over a year to use it since I didn’t want to throw it away. I would be interested to hear your thoughts, though. I found that I would rather use the Malibu Blondes treatment packets along with my Pureology Hydration shampoo and conditioner to get a cool tone blonde and keep my hair soft. The conditioner really helps to put moisture back in my hair.

I had bought and tried that Dior foundation for a few days. I didn't care for how it looked when I first applied it, then would look later in the mirror and think it looked great. I still couldn't decide if I liked it but caught a glimpse in my mirror in the car, so outside in the sun and it was patchy and awful! I really wanted to like it, guess I'm just a liquid foundation girl.

I don’t hate Afternoon Delight but I don’t love it either. It really reminds of Fresh Cream from philosophy because all I get is the lactonic note. I really should return it because I already have several others that are similar.. but I’m so lazy with returns by mail. 😩 I think I told you in another vid that I’m showing your hair to my stylist the next time I go in because it’s literally the first thing I notice in every video and I covet that shade. 😂 I think as blondes we get “blonde blindness” and don’t really see our undertones accurately sometimes. There are memes about how blondes are never satisfied with their level. 😂 I am convinced that my hair looks warm all the time but when I go out in the sun I see how icy it actually is. It is true that lighting really plays tricks with our eyes!

In the video you say the new Dior foundation is 2CR but 2N is listed in the notes. Which one did you use? I was looking at this and trying to decide between these shades. Sometimes neutrals are more warm than I want but this one looked neutral on the Sephora site. The CR one looked lighter than the 2N.

I am so disappointed by the Afternoon Delight.. it smells to me like walking into a Crumbl Cookie with a hint of sour milk and the scent is gone so fast. I hate to return but it’s too expensive to keep and not use. Such a bummer. I am so glad they listed patchouli in the new Burberry Goddess because that is a note I absolutely hate so I will stay away. Thanks for your thoughts!

I get no sour milk and it lasts until the next day on me. For me it’s a very straightforward sandalwood vanilla 😳 fragrance is so different for everyone!
