We test 1000 people at the grip gauntlet. From Arm Wrestler to Strongman to normal people, everyone will improve grip strength during this video. We've had a lot of people want to test their grip and this has been a fun one seeing everyone in this grip strength mega test.

​@@FictionExistence That's not true in any practical sense. Whatever your theoretical limits at a given age, there is no decline that comes even close to matching increased training into your 30s. Eg kennelly and mendelson were going back and forth at 34 and 39 setting the current bench record, Eddie Hall set the current dead at 29 or 30, the squat is between a few guys like blaine sumner (31), andrey malanichev (41), ray williams (32). If you take care of yourself, you can be as powerful as anyone at 40, and still incredibly strong at 50 (though most world class lifters have obviously experienced serious joint breakdown by then). But from a musculoskeletal standpoint, there are fewer obstacles.

I come from a long line of steel workers here in the steel city Pittsburgh pa and have been told my entire life that my hands , wrists, and fingers are abnormally strong and I myself have always felt very strong in my hands wrists and fingers so thanks for inspiring me to get more into grip training

What would be the comparison to lifting these vs lifting a straight bar double overhand for deadlift? For example if you can do 315 double overhand how much could you possibly do on these grip tools?
