the fact you actually did it though. the grizzly scream was weak though, you'd have to wonder how tf he screams so loud after moving such massive weight.

For an average random person, those numbers are indeed very good. For a 19y old trained athelete those numbers are decent. For a 19y old competitive powerlifter those numbers are meh.

3 70lb plates plus bar... 210 210 40, 460 lbs. I cannot say I've done that particular exercise. I wonder how much different it is than shrugs, because I do 230 shrugs in each hand.

This is a bunch of nonsense right here. The number of stupid strong bodybuilders over the last 70 years of the sport is countless. Many of them if they would have decided to focus exclusively on strength and mass could have been world class powerlifters. Ronnie Coleman was doing 800lb deadlifts and squats for reps 3 weeks before the Olympia, all while eating a restrictive prep diet for months with no water or fat on his body in a 100-degree gym in Texas.

He's comparing gaining muscle to getting hair transplants- doing something for cosmetic reasons only. Which is fair.

that balance platform thing is for shooting a small arms weapon on an uneven moving surface, like the bed of a pick up truck. I've seen Ukrainians train on something very similar. Very cool and practical piece of equipment.

Big fan Juji! Hey my friend you are so close to reaching your potential you just have to push through the rather extreme pain and get to full range of motion in each of your joints. Complete release of each muscle through rigorous stretching is I would say way more of a priority than lifting weights. Calisthenics skills is what our body’s want to perform. I’m a hypocrite of coarse but it doesn’t make what I’ve said not true. 💪❤

My first time seeing insane grip and wrist strength is in my second year highschool where my buddy casually take 20kg water gallon dispensers by the neck and take it upstairs
