Thats why you start at a lower dose than keep raising it up until it gets to be to much.

At the brink of the Industrial Revolution, factories were looking for ways to up production. Most workers at the time drank alcohol during the day like beer because it was cleaner than the water. The introduction and wide spread use of coffee in the work force allowed humans to work past their natural circadian rhythms. For the first time factories could run 24/7 with night workers who would reliably stay awake. Coffee changed the world 🤯

Those are realistically respectable numbers at that age. Not many young guys in my gym are benching 225 or more. It’s not a powerlifting gym, but many of the members are in better shape than the average

I have a cup of coffee in the morning before work and one after work. That’s been working for me for years but there is a bit of dependency on caffeine depending on the sleep I had the night before.

Quitting caffeine is the only reason I am able to reliably get real, actual rest at night. And it took more than a few months to fully cleanse of it.

Starting this with saying, I’ve done a lot of drugs, and a lot of different drugs now lol. But when I was super young and got my first job I was too young for and before going to my second or third shift. I drank an entire pot of coffee and I never really had caffeine before. The high I felt after drinking an entire pot of coffee was one of the craziest highs I’ve ever had. My head was spinning I was so tingly and sorta numb and just felt like I was super fucked up off of a real drug. Never really heard of anyone else having this before. Nobody can tell me caffeine isn’t a drug after that
