Just change the cooldown of Q from 2 seconds to 2.4 seconds, I don't think that will change much

Light Crossbow is currently the best with: Guardian Helmet / Cleric Robe / Any Boots / Mistcaller / Martlock Cape. You will totally play Kite, I think it's a difficult but very good build

The build is still around 70k, because you can take as many foods or potions as you want, I took a healing potion and Pork Omelette.
