Its a tough choice. Building a XXC Outlander 1000 would be cool, but spend more money in long run

Both look great for different reasons so thats a wash. Reny easier to work on and easiet to obtain tire clearence in wheel wells. Outy easier to keep mud off your passenger (if they dont want to wear all the mud) and having a rear rack with cargo looks at home on outy and out of place on Reny. So I guess the answer to your question is "Yes Please"

Yes room for 31" tires on the Renegade, i mention that in my other video. And you can get the same rear rack of the Outlander to fit the Renegade, so.e people say racks are important

@@ADVENTURESThisWay Yes you can get the outy rack on the reny, im just saying it takes away some of the character of it when you have a cargo box where, on the outy and its more utilitarian character, having a cargo box looks right at home.

My buddy has a 21’ 850 xmr and I have the 21’ 1000 Renny xmr. Ground clearance is also another huge benefit. We have measured multiple times, as he has 31” xm310’s and I have 32” Aztex(true 30.5”) and I have almost 2” of extra ground clearance, which is a huge factor when hitting mud holes.

Its funny you mention that. Can Am claims the 850 has 13" GC stock and Renny 12.5" GC stock. My buddy has same set up on his XT Outty as your buddy and I have slightly more GC with my worn out Aztexs. They are great tires but wear out quick.

I just bought a 2022 Outlander XMR 1000 2 weeks ago and I love it! First machine ever…. Have less then 3 hours on it taking it down to West Virginia to Hatfield and McCoys.. to get some Break in hours 😎

@@donaldpeck3192. Donald let me tell you what!!!!!! I love that Machine 💯💯💯!!! I did a lot of research and video watching For about 5 months comparing the Top Quads…. And as far as I could tell you couldn’t buy a Better Machine then the Can Am!!!! I ll tell you won’t be disappointed if you purchase the Outlander XMR1000R!!!! I have 2.7 hours to go until my machine is fully broke in …I can’t wait so I can really see what she can do !!!! BUY THE OUTLANDER XMR1000R like I said you won’t be disappointed 😎

You forgot the biggest difference between the 1000cc vs 850/650/570 bikes……. ONLY the 1000 class engines comes paired with the 6x6 transmission with LOWER gears than all other can ams. The 850 outy is a awesome machine but relies more on the belt than gears to spin tires

Yes that is true about the gear box. I believe the Outlander 1000 XXC has the the same (large) gear box as the 1000 XMRs. I nearly purchased one...

I don't mean to get off topic of you video, but I was curious of your opinion. I have a 21' outlander 1000 xtp (not a max edition) and was looking into 28" superatv intimidator tires. Should I be concerned about the extra weight (45lbs per tire) breaking parts?

No shouldn't be an issue. Those are similar to the Cryptids which come stock on the XMRs.

Yes very pricey. Honestly the 570 is a blast to ride, and if set up properly can handle the same stuff as the bigger ones

Ya there’s no comparison you’re trying to compare an outlander to a renegade, which there is no comparison to try maybe a 1000 renegade and an 850 renegade
