Looking forward to your series on roundhouse kicks. That is something that I’m really wanting to study and work on. That is my most difficult kick right now. I am a 43 year old white belt that started training in Taekwondo about 2 months ago. Thank you!

Would you recommend a thousand kicks in an hour once a week with different kicks or three times a week with preparation is fine? Thanks

depends on what your goal is. If you want to work on perfecting a kick then do 20 variations of that kick 3-4 times/week. If you want to mix it up, which is what I have my 1st degrees do, pick 5-6 kicks with 3-5 variations for each. But build up to it. start with 5-600 and work your way up
