Great review. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food looks great. I may be in a small minority, but I am not sure why the background music has to be soo loud since this is NOT a club, but a place to enjoy fine dining. Yes, very very loud in the restaurant. It seems like there's a market for these club like restaurants. It felt like STK at the Cosmo was one of the first, and now it's really popping up everywhere. Tbh, Shin. I'm left almost speechless. Those prices are absolutely f'in ridiculous!! Not to mention the blasting 80's dance music playing!! That may have turned me off before I even saw the menu. Appreciate your video but just want to say why, Shin, why promote this rip off of a restaurant? $19 for French fries or broccoli? A $1000 steak? Please. A rich, high rollers restaurant I guess. 😮

Very expensive restaurant for sure, and yes, it was very loud in there. That said, it's not about promoting a restaurant of my choosing. If it's a restaurant at a mega resort on the strip, it will eventually make its way onto the channel period. I want to have a comprehensive list of all restaurants available to tourists coming to Las Vegas so they can do their research. I'm only 2 years deep, and it will take another 8+ years to document every restaurant going once a week. New restaurants will always take preference because there's not as much information out there on them as opposed to long time established restaurants on the strip. Thanks for watching!

I happened on this video by chance, my lucky day! Best food video ever. Though I would never be able to eat at a "over the top" restaurant like Papi's, it was fun doing it vicariously through you. Maybe it's me but those are the most outrageous prices I've ever seen. When you started going through the liquor menu I though the prices were in Peso's! I must admit, after seeing you order the rib-eye I was in total suspense to see if you were going to get the thousand dollar steak and you did not disappoint. I hoped the restaurant comp'ed you the $2500 for the best commercial ever!

I wanted to enjoy the meal with you being so upscale but the music was not it. I dont want to hear all that bass while I eat and frankly just throws you off your meal. This is more of a club vibe not a upscale steakhouse. I guess that is ok for some but I would pass because of that alone. So they need to figure out are you a club or are you upscale steakhouse in my opinion you can not have both.

Yeah, there seems to be two types of steakhouses now on the Vegas strip. Some more classical like Peter Luger, and others that have more of this club vibe like Papi Steak and STK at the Cosmopolitan. I'm personally more of a fan of the quieter steakhouses for sure. Thanks for watching!
