It wasn't so much a flex as being forced lol. The beef case is the signature item at Papi Steak so I had to show it. It's like going to a Gordon Ramsay restaurant and not trying the sticky toffee pudding. I was saving up to make this video but luckily, I won about a grand on slots in the prior week while making the food hall video so I didn't have to break my own bank as badly to make this video lol. The chocolate souffle was so good! The vanilla anglaise and the shaved truffle was chef's kiss. Thanks for watching!

I lived in south Florida for 25 years and I was at the Fountain Blue in Miami. It was beautiful back in its day. The nightlife was so impressive back then too. Now it’s taken over by thugs and wanna be rappers. Kind of sad considering how cool it used to be. Your meal was over the top and very glamorous. Love the decor and the vibe (except the very loud music). That is some fanfare for the $1000 steak. I think I would need to be hand fed for that price. Ha Ha! But, hey it’s the holidays and you have to splurge once in awhile. Everything looked amazing and it seemed like you and your group had a lot of fun and that is what counts. Happy Holidays Shin!!!

Great review. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food looks great. I may be in a small minority, but I am not sure why the background music has to be soo loud since this is NOT a club, but a place to enjoy fine dining. I'm more fond of bison steak these days after reading so much of the wild west during the last three years that I decided to grill bison to see why natives liked it so much. wow. now my preference is bison! you have gotta try it, only a handful of LV restaurants offer it- T bones, Barry's, Gallaghers to name a few...you would be the first to review this all American steak ...

I happened on this video by chance, my lucky day! Best food video ever. Though I would never be able to eat at a "over the top" restaurant like Papi's, it was fun doing it vicariously through you. Maybe it's me but those are the most outrageous prices I've ever seen. When you started going through the liquor menu I though the prices were in Peso's! I must admit, after seeing you order the rib-eye I was in total suspense to see if you were going to get the thousand dollar steak and you did not disappoint. I hoped the restaurant comp'ed you the $2500 for the best commercial ever!
