Ghee is Indian clarified butter. It is done traditionally by boiling the butter at low temperature where the water content evaporates leaving with just the fat, we usually add a little bit of moringa leaves while boiling , it intensifies the butter flavour in our ghee. It is extremely flavourful and it makes the dish creamy buttery fatty and yummy.

Ghee is clarified butter. Boil milk. Add lime juice to split the milk and convert it to curd...strain fat from the curd. Heat the fat so it turns liquid... That's Ghee

Bro, you are describing Paneer or Cottage cheese. Ghee is just clarified butter. Butter is not removed from paneer curds. WTF.

@@simplyMJ22 actually it is not just "Melted butter". Preparing ghee is very easy, boil the butter until all the water content in it evaporates and we get a pleasant eroma. (Initially when we boil the butter we get a not so good smell) when you get a good aroma finally that means your ghee is ready.
