I would definitely recommend you watch a video about the lore of *Ultrakill* if you are curious about the whole story so far. Here’s my attempt at a short summary of what can help with understanding this animation. *Ultrakill* takes place in a world where ww1 started making machines to get the advantage in the war, every machine was made to counter the one before it which led to V1 being the ultimate killing machine built for taking down the earthmover. V1 is the only one of its kind ever made and you play as V1 throughout *Ultrakill.*
