When you buy it you can plan together on whether to work together as partnership or divide the farm into two and you continue with your local chickens and your friend also do whatever he plans to do on his side.

I like how you explain things however something about this farm and your explanation doesn’t make sense to me, if that farm is thriving why would he want to sell it??? Guys You know if care is not taken all this hype on social media can push one to go into a business you will regret later and i think that’s the situation here, i ask again, if that farm is thriving why would he want to sell it??? My Second question is, since the farm is situated in a swampy area, does it get flooded when it rained. Sir thinking about how much resources you invested there i don’t believe you couldn’t find someone to partner with to buy the property from the Indian guy if there’s no issues with the farm. There’s something fishy about the farm period!

It's true things don't add up at all for me and I remember this guy from the start but how can u construct such big structures on land which is not yours , more over no lease agreement and things just happen abruptly! This land may be is on wetland and floods wen it rains and may be this guy heard the president saying whoever on wetlands should vacate ,this could be the reason why "indian" selling the land.

Collect a loan from Money lender because I believe they will be faster than a bank to buy the land that has your structure in it and Sell all of your birds to pay the money lender after which, you can always restock it with a better breed & why don't you buy the land your Chicken structure is my brother? The reasons are: 1). Going to build a new house in another location will cost you a lot of money due to inflation 2). Even you have the money to relocate, you will need to consider security for yourself and for your investment as well 3). After you bought the land that has your structure in it, you can be planting maize on his land/properties and you can made good money in planting 20 Acres of Maize and they will be due for harvest in Just 4 months, you can intercropped the maize with beans and that will give you double money until the new owner will use his/her land. 4). Logistic problem is just too much to deal with and is not worth it except if you have a better place or he refuses your offer to buy the land from him 5). Life is more challenging outside and I will advise you not to give up too easily. Thank you SIr
