@@pedroribeiro4828 No, only improperly tuned GT-Rs would get blown transmissions. When the horsepower is over a certain level, the transmission has to be beefed up, but a lot of owners don't do that. Regardless, the GT-Rs are still the queens of modified import drag racing, with the quickest being in the low 6s. The kings are of course the 2jz Supras, being in the 5s and hold all kinds of import world records.

As a GTR owner, that driver is not on his game. His launch RPM is, I feel to low. It clearly bogs down out of the box. A 1000hp GTR will run mid 9’s at the pod. The extra power will always show with the roll race, as it did. BIG TIME! Yet again a great video.

Btw I could use the same nonsense argument by saying the gtr has more bhp:/ Plus it wasn't about weight as the same weight was taken out of the gtr would only get a car length max as 200lb only takes away 0 .2 seconds and the tires wouldn't either as the problem was a transition in really not the tires as you could see in the said video it wasn't traction as his wheels didn't spin as the computer cut the power anyway and the gearbox would have to be upgraded.
