@40yr.Old.Nerdin8 ай бұрын
@@watchmework3688 Ballast boys or not, a lot of times the electric cars still win. After the first race, I thought the Lucid would win 2 or 3 times today. They said the Audi was getting faster, but I'd sooner think the Lucid was losing power as the charge drops. Definite downside to any electric car if you can only do a few runs before you're out of power. Still showing the inevitable future though. Soon enough internal combustion vs electric will be like a prop-plane vs a jet engine. I'm just glad combustion put up a good fight. Audi's usually perform pretty well on This vs That, almost any model.

@@40yr.Old.Nerdinwell, most of the time electric cars improve their numbers with each pull, there are times when what you are talking about happens, due to lack of traction or the software is updating and various other reasons, but yes, what you are saying also happens Speaking, but the battery has to be very low, very low, the electric motor needs a certain amount of energy to be able to generate its maximum power, if it doesn't have the right amount of energy, it won't generate its maximum power, and if it gets further and further away from the amount of energy it needs, it will become weaker, and there will come a time when the amount of energy is so little that it won't even be able to start, combustion engines have the same problem, since it needs to have a certain amount of fuel to be able to generate its maximum power, for example, the top fuel engines are v8 8.1l fueled with nitromethane, "8.1 liters" it needs this to be able to generate its maximum power, or else it won't it will generate its maximum power, which is more than 10000 horsepower, it will drop to just 9000, or 8000, this depends on the amount of fuel you have in the tank, if you have 4 liters in the tank, it will not generate even half of its power maximum. the lucid air sapphire in the first round won for the simple fact of having only the driver in the car, and the audi also had only one driver, that is, it is being completely fair, in fact, it compares a sports car with a sedan, and even modified above, it's a bit unfair, isn't it? and even so lucid won the first race, which was obviously the one that was fair
