I know that body must carry some weight with more power, and less weight that thing has to be a blast to drive. One thing I would consider doing is leaning the radiator back so a widened VW hood will fit, then add a filler neck high in the engine compartment above the engine so it will be easy to bleed out any air. Once you get it 100% figured out, body on, some interior you are going to have a one of a kind killer car! Kudos Preston glad to see things going your way

Dude you are almost there the really hard part is over and your only a set of rods,pistons, and a good port job away from something that will compare to the best of them rember it's only as strong as it's weakest link and that would be rods and a port job pistons will hold but it's better to save a little longer and get them at the same time then you have a bullet proof engine you can beat on for years great job getting this far your almost there

Awesome. After seeing it blasting up and down the street with no body, I couldn't help but to notice, how much it resembles a side by side. You ever thought about having 2 bodies for it? Maybe the plastics from a Can-Am Maverick. Get some struts, that you can swap out and some paddle tires. You could call it your "Dune Tune".

That's cool. Almost seems like it could use a taller gear. It's so light and high revving you might be wasting power spinning and then your out of gear and have to shift.

What do you guys know about ATC’s ?!?! Don’t tear that 200s any more then it already is !! In fact clean it up and order new plastics from Maier and a seat cover from pit replica on Ebay ! Don’t spray bomb it clean the frame and mtr up real go and if you do decide to paint anything take it apart prep it and do it right . That metal tank needs to be cleaned up and painted and you can order a complete new exact replacement set of stickers from Bruce Allman at #BLUELINEGRAPHICS . Those bike clean are selling for 2500 + ( I personally wouldn’t pay that for it because I drag them out of the woods and restore them plus I’m not a Utility ATC fan I’m I sport ATC guy 250r’s 350x’s ... ) keep them alive !!
