You can use the ‘Get Call Details’ action to retrieve the transcript and meta data. From there, you can send the data wherever you like using Make. Check out the ‘Modules’ tab on the link in the description for the other things this app can do

For the record, it would be transparent to include Synergetic in the title because this is the integration is not native to Make. Synergetic is charging about $40 to use the integration. I'll either wait until Bland does their own native integration or use HTTP API in Make to get the same result

Sorry you feel this way @kampeynco! To be clear, we're official Make.com partners, who've developed an official community app for Bland AI. And true, while you could DIY with HTTP, a lot of our customers aren't technical, or don't want the fuss of wrestling with API docs, and so get a lot of value from being able to plug and play with their favourite apps. Hope this clarifies any confusion
