I want to market this to a company I worked for that cold calls to realtors but in my research I saw the fcc banned using ai for cold calling in February… so how would this type of product work then is marketing to realtors allowed ? I know they have to opt in to receive a call for ai to be able to call regarding a product we offer but that company literally just has a bunch of kids cold calling mls recently sold homes all day for leads

Yea cold calling to sell a product is not allowed but there are tons more use cases, I'd suggest contacting a lawyer if you want know know the small areas where its permissable

Do relators count as B2B it seems ai cold calls to Business are still allowed in some capacity and also its possible to run campaigns to consumers with AI if you some how have them opt in to get calls through some of sort of lead magnet. Though ofc overall you should ask a lawyer obviously like mention
