It is strange, because I have from 2 months a 508 HYbrid saloon and I have done a 0-100 km/h test with a GPS system and the best result was 6.9 seconds.

It's significantly faster at high speed than the old 225 GT without electric motor. The 508 PSE will be even faster. Only issue with these hybrids is the heavy weight because of batteries, it will suffer in the corners.

In the 2nd test, battery level is not completely 0% (even if the range is 0km). It goes to 0% at 229 km/h. That's why performance are the same of the 1st test.

@@1001cars It does, if you are acceleration use the gearbox at D not B because B is the eco mode which when you take the foot off the gas it deaccelerates but with D not so D gives you an advantage. And yes I have this car

@@1001cars I personally prefer D but alright. Also when accelerating at the sport mode don't hold the gas at max hold it half-power until at 50-60km/h then push it to the maximum. With the PSE you can push to max

@@panakap2186 fun fact: a Peugeot 508 225 hp petrol is in 6th gear at 250 km / h. It means that the gearbox does not have the same ratio.
