110CC motorized bicycle kit. Where to begin!
110cc Moroized Buicle build: • 110cc Motorized Bicycl...
If you are the type that likes to tinker and build. This kit will for sure give you a challenge! It is not for a basic skills person.
Nothing matches.
Things are cut badly.
Wrong Parts Are used
Parts Are installed poorly
Castings are not well made
Timing so far off it should never leave the factory at all
Now on the other hand if you like to tinker this one for sure will give you a challenge. it is for not for a person with a basic skill set.
is it worth the 145$ price? well I guess that depends on the person. if you are going to buy this expecting it to amaze you out of the box no. but if your going into that purchase knowing the mess you are buying and need a good fun project. this for you. it has great potential.
so I got many requests to tear this engine apart. it for sure was a cluster of screwups. but I did the videos so can get a heads up of what you are informing buying it. just based on port timing numbers I'm pretty sure it will be a decent runner now. few days will get her running see what it can do now that it has correct geometry and timing!

Yea there was definitely a lot of “imperfections” in mine but imo it’s a much better motor then the phantom for a daily reliability standpoint but to get it to a reliable standpoint is much more work then an average motor for sure. Umm I didn’t do all you did I just fixed it as it and it’s been amazeballs. I also didn’t get that carb with mine I got a bofeng which I was a lil upset about cause I wanted that manifold n carb but the simplicity of a standard speed/NT/knockoff carb is hard to argue with I just wanted something did to play with and broaden my field so to speak.

@@BuildBreakFix You did a good enough job explaining and detailing this "fix". Man, I don't know if I have the courage to tackle my 110 Chinese metal nut job. I don't have your knowledge, patience, skill level, or specialized tools like CNC, etc. So, I guess I am stuck with a quite heavy paperweight, doorstop, or something to drive me over the top and to the funny farm🤡.

@@boydjensen3161 I have same motor it’s a bit to do but can be done in. A different way I’m my opinion and much easier also in my opinion but once it’s fixed it’s a hand full for sure and really reliable so far.

@@JMB676 Hey, if you get bored & wanna measure the total length of an OZ reed, I'd appreciate it but son't go out of your way. I'm sure bikeberry could give the length but I also wouldn't be surprised if they screwed up & gave me the wrong length.

I seen a video where a engine came with ball bearings used the stock clutch’s for spacers on the head bolt studs because they drilled them way to deep 🤦 China always surprises me lol
@BuildBreakFix
@BuildBreakFix Жыл бұрын
no they use them as stoppers to make sure studs don't drop down to far when they use to short of studs. If you notice all those studs in those motors are only 105mm long! not normal 115! What happens is people crank down on the studs and the balls tend to push through the case into crank area! all cases are drilled to only like 2-3 mm from crank area!

Another great informative video I new you could figure it out I also figured you would give it at least a 9 or 10 degree of difficulty because you had to cnc it down that's a lot of filing and sanding anyway can't wait to see you running it

I do they are much better for day to day use imo. Less things to worry about. By if your just a fun time rider it wouldn’t matter as much but on a daily theykevaway some “guess work”. Jw though what is your reasoning for not liking the one piece, like actual reason unless it’s just cause you don’t like it aesthetically.
