It was just a few years ago that the local long armers near me all said we could not have after quilts because they were too difficult to needle thru that many layers, so disappointing. So I gave up. Then thanks to you I decided to ask my new long arm quilter if she could do it. She said "of course, this is not hand quilting, these machines are made for that". I was so excited. If not for you Karen I would never have asked. A delayed joy of after quilts has been awakened. Thank you.

Another simply awesome video, Karen - thank you so much! Your ability to put yourself and your instructions across to all of us is so easy and seamless. I just feel as if I'm watching my lifelong friend Karen showing me what her latest project has been and how she's gone about completing it and as we "talk" she's giving me encouragement and ideas about how I can complete my creation. I just guess I'm trying to say that your videos and chats are so refreshing and fun and I've learned so much along the way. I particularly enjoyed participating in the sewing room cleanout challenge at the beginning of the year and now you've given so many cool ideas for all of the scraps acquired during a project. I hope it's okay with you that I consider you a friend of mine!
