Take sprouts (haree moong dal)that is nearly 100rs for 1kg so rs 10 for 100gm. In 100 gm it has 25 gm protein So 25gm protein in rs 10 + Rs 10 soyachunks packet from shop which contains 45 or 50gm soyachunk containing 26gm protein in 50gms + Rs 10 haldiram salted peanuts of 35gm containing 9-10gm protein Total = 62 gm protein in rs 30 Also 1 normal size roti contain 3gm protein eat 5 rotis per day = 15gm more protein + Protein in 100gm curd is 11gm eat rs 5 curd that is 100gm everyday Now total we get 88gm protein in 35 rs and 5 rotis

88 ka 100 gms ho jaega if u buy peanuts 50 gms for 10/- from local popcorn wale bhaiya! Why buy lesser quantity+faaltu salt from Haldirams? 5/- mein 100gms dahi kaun deta hai aapko?? Ghar ka bana khao.. Aapki calculations of gms of protein suggest u r a calorie freak.... Which is okay only to a certain extent

@Carrotos 🥕 Its not that I have lots of money, neither am I giving any hate. Me bss itna kehe rha hu ki normally jo khana khate ho usme bhi to paisa lagta hai.. Bss jb wo rashan lete ho to usme high protein choices rakho.. Aap yha comment kr rha ho iska mtlb aapke paas itna resource hoga hi na ki aap achi living afford kar sakte ho.. Aur me to ek student hu but still 120g protein roz consume karta hu jisme pocket money se liya saman aurr ghr ka khana included hota hai. I have made an excel sheet jisme aapko bss quantity add karni hai aur aapko protein, cost per gram of protein, calories, calories per gram of protein, monthly cost, etc sb pta chal jaata hai.. Me usme cheap sources ki quantity high rakhta hu bss fir budget friendly diet mil jaati hai customised..🙂

@Carrotos 🥕 Apna high protein shake banata hu, 100g soya chunks. 100g protein to yhi se ho jaata hai. Baki pure din ki 6 roti se 15g protein. And sattu powder pani me pita hu.. So yes, shake aur soy chunks roz khata hu. aur ghr me agar achi sabzi ya kuch high proetin sabzi ho to kha leta hu.. I know it can be hard but koi chiz free me nhi milti, aapko kamani padti hai.. Agar khud kama rhe ho to fir ki problem nhi hoti diet me.. Coz aapna apna rent, rashan,clothes etc. ka kharcha bhi to karte hi ho na.. Agar student ho aurr ghr me rehte ho to fir aapka 'kaam' aapki studies hai.. usme excel karo.. parents ko karke dikhao aurr khush karo.. fir wo aapki diet vgarah follow karne me nhi tokenge.. (and agar student ho to I assume utna training ecperience bhi nho hoga, so 1.2-1.5 g per kg bodyweight is enough protein.)

My diet - Pre workout - black coffee+ 2 Banana Post workout - 50gm soya chunks+ curd + salad Lunch - 2-3 roti + sabji Evening - soaked channa+ mung Night - 100 gm paneer+ daal chawal I quit sugar for one month And drink 3-4 liter water This is perfect diet for students I follow it from Monday to Friday ( 5 days in week)

50 gm raw peanut ( 13g Protein) = 7-10 rupees 100gm rajma(26g Protein) = 12rs @120/kg 50gm soya chunks ( 25g protein) = 6rs Baki khud apni choice se dal lo 🙂

Bhai 100 gm mai soya mai 52 gm protein mil jata hai ek roti mai 6 gm protein milta hai aur dal ghar ka khana khake almost 70 to 80 gm hojata hai paneer kabi kabi khalo toh toh vo high rich protein hoga daily khana jaruri nahi hai
