My husband’s situation was pretty much the same. My husband got pinned between 2 cars while standing behind his car. shattered his left leg, amputate above the knee. @jay broughton The story you are supposed to imagine is that a god taught the doctors and other professional care staff what to do, and the same god helped the drunk, who was full of the holy spirit, find his keys and forgot to tell him not to drive. The fellow was in PNG on a mission to confuse the indigenous people to drop their superstitious beliefs and adopt different ones. It is understandable why the people do not trust their government when it allows religious lunatics to spread nonsense in the guise of aid. Subsequently, trust in legitimate health authorities is devastatingly low. The anti-vax idiots on social media can inflict their deceptive nonsense upon the PNG folks more effectively than the medical people who attempt to distribute the Covid shots. There are loads of vaccines available, and only a 2% take-up. It would appear as though a god is not too interested in the well-being of PNG people. Killing them off might be one of the ways a god, who mysteriously moves like Jagger, is doing something good.

Bad and evil happen to good people, even Christians, it is heartbreaking what some people have to deal with. So much cannot be explained supernaturally or scientifically, we have the freedom to choose a relationship with God, based on faith. It may seem irrational to go down this path, but I, and countless others, will testify to the the incredible journey and peace that only comes with accepting Jesus into your life. @@ronniepaulinc God with a CAPITAL G, does not create evil things to happen but will allow certain things to happen if in the end it will lead to a greater good. For example, a person loses their leg in a motorcycle accident. That person has a choice to either accept that tragedy as his Cross to bear and offer it up to God asking for the Graces from God through the Blessed Mother to get through it and heal and asks God to use the pain that he offers up to help get him and others to Heaven. Or he can curse the tragedy, have a harder time healing and lose an opportunity to get closer to God and Heaven.
