现在的一百万,35年后会因为通货膨胀而不再等于现在的一百万。这钱的时间价值是金融学的基本概念。假设年平均通胀率是3%,那35年后等同于现在的一百万是 1Mil x 1.03^35 = 2.8Mil.

3:16 这算法对吗?母金还可以拿利息的,假设600k X 5% = RM30k. 可以不动母金情况下消费。利息是给到100岁。

After 60 years old, your interest in the EPF is different compare to people still working / contributing. A lots more lower compare to what your mentioned (5.5%)

@ericapek88 my friend's relative (after 60 years) received a letter from KWSP to advise to withdraw the money because the interest will reduce.

Because of ageing population. By 2025, about 25% of the population will be senior citizen. Less working population = less fund for EPF.

No such information from EPF. I don’t think it’s true.
If a Graduate starting pay is RM 1K+ in 1990s. At the age of 55 now, only if his last pay is 10K+, his EPF only can be >1 million. This is my survey on a few of my age 50+ friends.
