well to my understanding, the standard japanese microwave is also part oven, so you may not be able to make a decent burger in the standard american microwave.
@NalleSara11 жыл бұрын
Just to get things clear: 1 The (Japanese) oven on microwaves is, let's say, like a plus, but the microwave works the same than american ones, but at 500-600 watts 2 There's A LOT of things that you can cook in microwaves, but remember that it cooks from inside to outside (and food can get burn inside D:) 3 The meat and the egg are actually small portions, so don't worry, it is not raw :) Aaand, sorry if I misspelled, I don't speak English u.u
@onedayautumn11 жыл бұрын
if you didn't know, Japanese people put raw egg on top of rice for breakfast. I know some that eat it everyday. I've also ate raw beef at Japan, tastes amazing

Fresh eggs are not a problem, but they must be really, really fresh. I don´t know what eggs she used. Raw meat can cause problems if it is not controlled fresh meat (like tartar).

the meat was completely cooked on the inside though, and the egg was completely cooked, with possibly a still soft yolk.. and as far as eggs are concerned, the risk of a raw egg making you sick is pretty small if its a store bought egg. most germs concerning eggs come from chicken feces which isnt a problem unless you buy eggs direct from a farmer and don't wash them..

I didn't know you could make a "bun" with sticky rice. I thought it would fall apart or stick to your fingers.
@Aizakku2711 жыл бұрын
You can microwave pretty much any raw meats. You just need to make sure the internal temperature of the meat gets warm enough to kill all the nasty bacteria that will make you ill. If you don't have a meat thermometer you can use, it's most likely just better to cook the meat on the stove or in a regular oven, just to be sure.
@Cammerlot11 жыл бұрын
You can microwave any meat...it's just another heating method. Just like any method you need to get it to the proper temperature inside.

1. You can eat raw meat if it is really fresh and under health control, this is required for Tartar and stuff. I don´t think she used meat like that. 2. So, japanese eggs are aseptic? I guess not. Yes, you can eat raw eggs if they are really fresh, but right after a short time they develop a ridiculous amount of salmonella. 3. It takes at least 10 mins at 80°C to kill small amounts of bacteria and 20 mins at 121°C to kill most of them. So, the microwave isn´t hygienic at all.

In Taiwan we dont like to buy this kind of stuff in Daiso. First it's made in China, second, it got really bad smell while you cooking with this pan. Im not sure if Daiso in Japan got lots of things from China but if it dose, then you might consider your health and don't buy it.

In other countries where there are people who look down on racism, your comment is stupid. First, you come off sounding racist for saying it as a whole for your country. Second, I don't even believe you've bought this. Third, you are ridiculous.
