There has been a cameo to Justice League in the 2003 ninja turtles series called the Justice Force, Michelangelo winds up becoming an honorary member of them. And there was a series on CBBC when I was a kid called Krypto the Super Dog. The theme song was quite catchy.

Actually Cyborg did appeared in the "Justice League" first in animation in The Super Powers Team: Galactic Guardians for Hanna-Barbera in 1985-86 and was voiced by Ghostbuster actor Ernie Hudson.
