Dark Web includes any facebook page that isn't set to public, every ordering page, anything that's behind a password, etc. 99% of peoples Facebook experience is in the Dark Web because it's not publicly available to be seen because most people have their settings to be just for friends.

There's nothing illegal about it. It may just be considered "unethical" or "illegal in regions or countries" but generally, you can't get arrested just for downloading TOR and then just buying some bread off a website.

So one aspect that a lot of people aren’t talking about is that Red Rooms are very unlikely because of how Tor works. With the encryption protocol, Tor’s internet speed slows way the fuck down. So while people will tell you that they’ve been in a “real red room” and all that shit, take it with a grain of salt because no one wants to pay to view that shit in 144p. Your internet speed has to be off the charts quick to do that.
