My daughter has seizures when she was 9 and it was heart breaking to see her and I told my husband that we should start meds but my husband said - let’s wait and we asked our group of friends to pray and thank you Lord - 2 months after she started her period and since then she never had any seizure episodes. The Lord performed a miracle in my life. I was scared about the doctor's report regarding a life-threatening ailment. I came across this platform on the Internet. Reading through the testimonies of people regarding the confessions, I also started making these confessions three times a day with prayers. Brethren believe me it was a tough period for me. Glory be to GOD! I'm so happy. Here are some steps to help you, myself and others fight temptation. Fighting Addictions (Weed, Alcohol + Xanax which is a Benzodiazepine Edition) GOD told me, and I’m paraphrasing that if I kept committing a sin that I was going to go to Hell. My Mental Health Healing Journey I am not a therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist and this is not mental health advice. This is just one person's story of overcoming suicidal depression and coming out the other side alive and full of joy. "For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation," - Ephesians 2:14 Plus "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." - 2nd Timothy 1:7 Equals Every Time you have a bad thought, feelings of apathy, anxiety attack, worry, fear or depression say out loud: "Thank YOU, FATHER GOD, YOU have not given me a spirit of Fear but of Power and Of Love and of a Sound Mind. I Thank You that YOU, Love me especially. I thank you that JESUS is my Peace Of Mind. In JESUS Name, Amen.” You may have to say this 100 times, 10,000 times, or 100,000 times but if you keep saying it with your mouth and believing it in your heart. You will have Peace. Ask GOD about your diet and what you should be eating and what foods or nutrients you may be missing. In my personal life and based on information about other people's experiences it seems that Meat damages the body's endothelial cells in the blood vessels. This appears to cause a cascade of effects in the body and exasperates inflammation which may cause increased stress on the mind. Many people report that fruits and vegetables and other edible plants help reduce inflammation in their bodies and brain. This has been my experience especially with watermelon, bananas, mango, papaya, almonds, walnuts, flaxseed, chia seeds, oatmeal, spirulina, chlorella, apples and sweet potatoes are concerned. They cause me great mood elevation and make me "happy" whether there is anything good "happening" or not; especially Mangos and Mango Smoothies. I honestly don't know how they aren’t illegal cause they give me a major high with no side effects but Peace and Tranquility. (I'm not for making Mangoes illegal. I'm just surprised there is a fruit that seems to immediately positively alter mood and we don't need a license or permit to eat it.). I do my best to eat close to the Blue Zone Diet which is what the book of the same name calls it. People who live in Blue Zones tend to live the longest on Earth and have the least amount of disease. They typically eat about 10% Animal Products and 90% Edible Plants. So that’s usually 1-2 meat meals a week. I make certain I take a good multivitamin, Magnesium Glycinate, Ground Flaxseeds and a separate Vitamin B12 supplement. Dr John A McDougal has a book call The Starch Solution. He says that starch healed many of his patients. Beans, Corn, Rice, Sweet Potatoes, Potatoes…. Starch. Remember Genesis 1:29 in the KJV says: “And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.” The NKJV of the same verse says: “And God said, “See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food.” Whenever I mention the Bible promoting eating Edible Plants or the few places it warns us about eating Meat I have to make certain I tell you its not a sin to eat meat. I would ask you to ask GOD what your general food intake should be overall and at every meal. “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.” - Proverbs 3:5-6 New King James Version Back around 2003 when the Low Carb diet was super popular I developed Extreme Paranoia, Depression and even became Suicidal. Looking back I like to categorize it as being “Angry, Mad, Sad and Depressed.” I began to quote 2nd Timothy 1:7 over and over and GOD began leading me to eat Salads multiple times a day which by default caused my meat intake to decrease. I eventually started getting more sunlight outside too. I started to set goals and look forward to experiencing events in the distant future like certain movies (Lord Of The Rings: Return Of The King), social events, and other media release dates in the future. Well over time the paranoia and depression went away. I was poor and depressed but now I fluctuate between approximately $110k and $185k a year more importantly have great Peace Of Mind. If I had given up I would have missed all the good things GOD wanted me to accomplish. GOD loves you especially and has a wonderful plan for your life. Contrary to what we have been taught GOD is not in control or sovereign on Earth. Satan is unfortunately the lower case g, god of this world. (2nd Corinthians 4:4 KJV). There are serval Scriptures that confirm that including JESUS saying Satan is the ruler of Earth. Since I have learned that, now when bad things happen to me; I blame Satan for it and ask GOD to give me a strategy to counteract anything negative (John 10:10). Brother Copeland, Healing does work, because quite a while I had some type of stomach issue, and put my hands over the area, and spoke to it that it has to leave in the name of Jesus, i am healed by the stripes of Jesus, and Praise God it left me, so I believe healing does work, Praise God!11 As you know I received teaching material from your ministry for future things because I like to fill my spirit with what you and Gloria teach and Preach. This can be accomplished by eating 9 to 10 servings of fruit and vegetables and other edible plants daily. In the Bible, after people were Healed they went to the Priest (like today's doctor) for confirmation. If I was having negative side effects I would pray and ask GOD about my next course of action and speak to my doctor about what the effective treatment rate (success rate) of the medication or procedure is and ask are there any other options in my case. If that doctor was not helpful I would seek out another doctor. Again, what I would do is not necessarily what you should or shouldn't do. Ask GOD for the Solution and your next steps if GOD tells you something different than what I would do for myself. Do what GOD says to do. . We have the Victory through JESUS CHRIST! The people who live the longest in the world and have the least disease live in "Blue Zones" as the book of the same name describes them. In these places, people typically eat about 90%-95% Plants and 5%-10% Animal Products (meat, milk, eggs, cheese, butter, cream etc). This can be accomplished by eating 9 to 10 servings of fruit and vegetables and other edible plants daily. At most, they typically eat one small serving of land animal meat a week and one serving of seafood meat a week, and almost no dairy, processed foods, fast food or manufactured food. Some only eat any type of meat only once a month. One of the most famous Blue Zones is Okinawa, Japan which has some of the oldest living people on Earth living there. Many people report positive benefits from taking a MultiVitamin, Sea Moss which has about 92 trace minerals in it (out of the 102 nutrients the body reportedly needs), Chelated Magnesium (multiple research studies show about 48% of people in the U.S. are deficient in magnesium.) Magnesium is responsible for approximately 300 bodily functions. Drinking Coffee removes nutrients such as Magnesium and Coffee contains over 1000 chemicals whether its organic or not. This is a "double whammy." I know many people who have had heart attacks, strokes, became wheel chair bound and developed Cancer which they directly attribute to drinking Coffee.
