I have a friend who grew up in an orphanage. She never learned to read. In her adult life about 39's she worked in a factory. On her lunch hours she would sit in her car and try to read the Bible. Everyday,and the Holy Spirit taught her to read.

When I was 8 years old, I invited Jesus into my heart. My grandmother, who was extremely faithful, told me that he would never let me go now that I had asked him. I did not attend many churches during my life because my parents were not interested. About three years ago, I had what I believe was a spiritual calling [Grandma was right]. Since then, I've been trying to learn exactly what that meant. About a year ago, I started going to different churches, trying to find one that seemed to fit me but could not find one. Until now. Who would have believed that my church would be on KZbin? This is exactly what the other churches have been missing.- The spiritual aspect. Thank you God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit for sending me this direction. For anyone who is curious, I am now seventy-three years old.

In my experience, no matter by how many people you are surrounded by loving you, showing support, you will Never really enjoy their efforts if you are not happy with yourself, nor love yourself. I’ve lost people that I wish I had in my life, and Ive cried for them, because I felt lonely even when they were there. Now I feel truly lonely, but this is because I am not there for myself. I started meditation, learning to forgive and love myself, and it is feeling slowly better. A very slow process but surely progressing. Only God can judge the human heart but, the Bible tells is to discern the spirits to know whether they be from God or not. We must arm ourselves with the truth. We must guard our heart agains the lies and tricks of the devil. Satan has an army too. They spend all day looking for ways to trick people; draw people away fro the truth. One way is by causing people to lean on angels; to worship them instead of God. Always hold the Word of God alone as the standard of truth. Whether you hear the voice of the Holy Spirit or an angel, it must line up with the Word of God, not personal feelings, wishes, needs and desires.

Because of an old injury to my lower back. Over the weekend my legs gave out. I am barely able to walk yet in this circumstance it is painless.
