Jake rogers comment on Skubals changeup is super underrated when it comes to pitch design in my opinion. One of the biggest factors in change up deception is that it spins the same as ur fastball!

I agree. It's a huge advantage for him. But it can be just as nasty to have a circle that goes opposite of your normal spinners. At these velos maintaining arm speed is a bigger component. Skubal's biggest weapon is 100+ with command. The vanishing change is a garnish to that making him elite.

You misspoke just a bit on the Hunter Greene, after puking he immediately gave up a homer to Bryan Reynolds. Like on the next pitch lol. And then he went on to throw the fastball or whatever else you highlighted. But to be fair, if I had to pitch to Reynolds on a 20-game hit streak, I'd throw up to!

Ninja, can you talk to the homies at mlb and see if they can spring for a different camera for lefties, so we can see the movement properly? I’ve wondered my entire life why only like 2 teams do it. I know things are tight over there, but hopefully they can afford it.

Does anyone understand something I don't about the warnings umpires can hand out? I know that intentionally throwing at someone is ALREADY an illegal, ejection worthy offense, so if you don't have to eject a pitcher after they were warned (even if it WAS unintential), why issue warnings at all?
