How do you switch back from the mob view in spectator mode? Also, clearing your inventory with the shift has an additional function: you just need to grab one item from your inventory, hold shift and doubleclick on everything. Eg. grab a stack of cobblestone, hold shift and click another stack of cobblestone to put all cobblestone away, but still holding the same cobblestone, click oak planks for example and all those will go away as well.
