A quick and easy tomato soup and it’s really tasty. 1 Large onion chopped 2 tins of chopped tomatoes 1 large knob of butter Salt and pepper to taste Melt the butter in a large pan and the chopped onions and sauté until softened. Add the tinned tomatoes and let simmer for about 10 mins then blend until smooth add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy 😉

Wonderful walk. Glad you decided not to keep the Bread Maker. Had one for about 20 years but I found it smelled so amazing I just couldn't stop eating the stuff. What worked a lot better for me - and I think you'd love the whole routine!) is doing 'no knead' breads in a big pot. You literally set the flour, oil, water and yeast (and nothing else!) in a bowl the night before, and somewhere around 14-24 hours later you punch it down, put it in a big pot and bake it at a very high heat in the oven. You end up with the most amazing peasant style loaf (very similar to Sour Dough, and I'm from near San Francisco, and we know our sour dough!). Not much work, and the most amazing bread in the world. Glad you're feeling better. I love to walk in a wooded park near my home, but I've taken to letting someone (even an email) know when I'm going and where I expect to go - wouldn't want to get lost at end of day and leave no breadcrumb trail at all for them to find me.....

Bore da Sean, Oh I so enjoyed that walk, thank you so much for taking us along, I’ve been dying to see the mountain in the middle of summer. We have seen winter & spring. I do so love our seasons🌻🍂🍄🟫🌲 The company that sold the bread maker must get so many returns. All that wasted time & energy, it’s insanity to do what they did. We’ve just got a simple Cookworks bread maker that we have had for years & we make low carb bread in it, it’s delicious. I took a screenshot of that rose & put it through the picture this app & it says it is a Rugosa Rose, also known as Hedge-bog rose, beach rose, Salt spray rose, Letchberry, Potato rose. Annie🏴

The tomato soup was so pricey because you’re buying a big brand (Heinz) and from the Coop which is generally one of the most expensive supermarkets. Nowadays there are excellent store-brand alternatives that sometimes cost just one-third of the big brands (Kellogg’’s versus own-brand cornflakes is another example). And often the own-brand product is made at the same factory as the big-brand.

You may need to send it back because if it has an American plug it may also be 120 volts and not 230 volts (unless it is adjustable...). I have a bread maker as well, but haven't used it enough and need to more for sure. The canned soups are getting expensive as well. I think I'd rather make my own (Tomato Basil Bisque) because of the amount of salt in the canned stuff)

Dear Sean. I agree with everyone to send it back. It uses a lot of electricity AND when it’s baking it gets very hot so better to not take chances with conversion on the power cord. I use a bread maker regularly but only to make the dough, I am dubious when it bakes things. Which is why I have gone back to making bread the old fashioned way and my DD used the machine. Thank you for a lovey walk. It was a little scary when you got blocked along the way, next time perhaps a light long sleeve shirt to stop the bushes from hurting you. I’m glad you’re better.

I’ve been caught buying a US appliance before - as the voltage in the US is different, you’d need a transformer as well as a plug adapter. If it were me, I’d just send it back.
