CRM is integral in any working environment, but more so, flying, you need a calm cockpit to trouble shoot and resolve mid air malfunction. Captain Kariuki is an absolutely cool and calm fellow.

This gentleman is simple and humble but full of wisdom, honesty, intelligence, diligence and apparently God fearing!current youth and aspiring professionals should learn that there is a ladder for learning,experience and promotions and it takes time

You flew me many a times to different parts of the world and I honestly loved your way of flying and humility aboard your flight. It was a nice and unmatched art of flying with excellent experience in the air.

This is such an amazing convo! It’s like a super masterclass. Life is good when you are good at what you do and you enjoy it! There’re big risks with family and out of work life, but well worth it! Kudos Astar!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Oh that power-distance thing has been highlighted in Malcom Gladwell's book, Outliers. He actually talked about a Korean airline.
@bold47352 жыл бұрын
I noticed that too. The Outliers was my favourite read for a bunch of years. I ended up reading the whole collection by Malcolm Gladwell because his material is not fiction or autobiographical, it's research of small or big or mudane things that are hidden in plain sight. He has very unique perspectives.

I really laughed when Chris described his actions during his first commercial flight. Gear up, flaps all by himself 😂 💕🇨🇦💖🙏
