However, if he's talking about a fantastic bathroom, show the actual powder room not just the door to the powder room. Show us the dishwasher he's talking about. Not him talking about it. The door levers in the master bath are oil rubbed bronze, the hinges are polished brass, the faucets are pewter/satin nickel. What’s up with that?

Are those outlets in the baseboard code? I thought everywhere they had to be placed above the molding by a few feet. This house is just being built in 2019 so I'm very surprised.

They are to code The reason why you see them above the molding is it is cheaper to put them in the dry wall

Well I went to the comments and expected the usual negative comments as expected in 2021. The home is almost embarrassingly too much in my opinion. It is well out of reach for most including myself. My congratulations to the agent on the sale of such an estate. The negative comments are most likely laughable to the gentleman in the video after collecting the commission on the sale. His clientele are probably demanding to say the least. Best wishes to all and luck in the future.
