BTW - I am doing 27% gains last 6 months in stocks - from my scrapped lot sale - I predict prices continue to drop - followed by lower interest rates... so no hurry. 1/2 acre or more - can have 2 Dobermans - funky chickens and a garden for my pre-tirement.

Cheers! I lost my beach hut in Helene - Im looking at returning to Florida, Crystal River - Inverness, Silver Springs - HIGH ground, no flood zone to build or do a gut rehab. Can you go back to Florida please? These folks in Blue Ridge , Ga hate us Floridians. Meanwhile I am watching prices drop here at the bottom of the cliff.
