Did you use power and 1hz in the same sentence? You do know why 1 hz engines last forever? Thats roughly how long it takes to go somewhere. Thats from an 80 series owner with an NA 1hz, who us interested in getting it turboed. The starter problem is the contacts in the solenoid, something like $20 for those from an auto electrician or $100 from toyota, and about an hours work, at the kms this thing has a set of brushes wouldnt hurt either.
