Nice to meet you Matt and Milos,much respect to you both,Sampson is a great bodybuilder, but I've payed attention and studied Milo's philosophy of what his opinion is of what judges should be paying attention to,and in his eyes that Sampson only,while disrespecting and disregarding the many other great talents on the stage with him that he rips apart,bodypart by bodypart at them.nothing personal,you guys are awesome, but that's my opinion. If you wanna promote your client, then quit tearing away others and trying to pursway the judges before the shows.God bless you guys,oh yea,what's up Jay, you are one of my mentors,I'd love speak with you oneday and if I ever win the lottery I'd love to go in with partners with you

You see - contrary to your “analytical” side you claim that you have …analyzing what I am saying - I’ll confront you and ask to tell me a SINGLE THING I said about anyone - that I was wrong about. Myopic people (like yourself) do not see the Forrest for the tree… As I said on podcast - me coaching Samson has ZERO to do with my opinion about his physique. If I don’t coach him I would still make exactly the same statements…And if I train others that I supposedly criticize - I would tell them the same thing to their face. Why do you think Jay asked me - if I regret not having a filter when I speak? Why would I? If something is on my mind - I have no problem saying it. I am a fan of the sport and ALL bodybuilders. If I have no problem telling Jay that he sucked at the 2000 Olympia, at the end of this podcast …to his face…why would I have problem with anything else? You think that I am trying to influence the judges 😏🤔🙄…like they would care what I have to say? I am here, chatting with friends - Jay and Matt …that just happened to know a lot about the subject of bodybuilding. Jay accused me for being out of my mind and I accused him of smoking crack…at times 😉

After reading what you wrote Milos,I never said any names of guys that you would mention, it was just in general of you speaking of different pics or poses comparing of what bodyparts we're superior to say maybe lights out for the next man.But anyways Milos i do apologize ,I respect you and your professionalism and love for the sport.if I was able to speak with you face to face their could have been more understanding. I guess I fell into the trap as posting too fast instead of fulling understanding and listening to another.i honestly am sorry and if I see you at arnold I will approach you and put my hand out to shake your hand.i hope others reading this do realize that doesn't matter who we are....a bodybuilding fan,a former Olympia contender,coach and voted most handsome man of bodybuilding like Milos,we should always take a minute out before we comment or react to another,because atleast speaking on behalf of this sport we're ALL bodybuilding brothers and sisters and mentally we have to admire all the blood,sweat n tears we all have and are pushing through,and that all comes down to also a spiritual side too OUR GOD to help us pull through every rep,set n ect.,let alone everyday with life's challenges. Milo's I truly am sorry,God bless you and family and may he keep blessing us all.p.s.i did watch whole podcast and loved it,ty.

Didn’t they ban the moon pose Tom Platz would do ? They disregard calves which Samson has great ones and look at their ass , always make you wonder about some of the judges !!! Bring back the look of the total body being judge , I think Dennis Wolf was knocked down because of his calves , it seems judging just picks one good body part and sticks with that . Back in the day, they would tell you the first thing they see are your abs and then your calves and that would basically tell them about your total body now they disregard calves. Total body !!! SR. Just like Milos always says. Another great one Jay always looking forward to the next one , thanks !!! SR.

Third and fourth are gonna be Hors MD and Rafael Brandao. And one thing that no one said it yet and I wanna say it. Go and watch full Olympia 2023. Every one says that smaller guys come further to look big and make illusion and look bigger. That’s true but on last Olympia stage Hadi didn’t take the first step, Samson didn’t, Derek did. Handi and Samson tried to catch him. He (Hadi )can’t talke English to say something or even Understand, but that made even him complain. You will know when you watch the full video again. That was what I saw and I always wanted to say that. And I had a Question which is, are you gonna be in FIBO in Germany ? I will be there the last day which is 14.04 and hope to see you there. @Cutler Cast-Samson's distension an issue-comment I left on Nick's Channel: "Samson looks impressive" This is why Dorian Yates when he sat down with Milos, he gave Milos crap about Samon's physique not being sharp, emphasis on his gut, look at his gut. So, everyone else will say that the gut is not the only thing when judging bodybuilding but in my opinion , it is a very important point. Not sure what the hell Milos is giving him but it will be a combination of factors and I can bet that he is shoving mass amounts of protein in there as well. And I know from first hand experience that mass amounts of protein causes extreme fullness and when you combine that with other aids that promote fullness, well, you have more fullness.
@MilosSarcevOfficialYoutubePage8 ай бұрын
I averaged between 450 and 550 grams of protein every single day for 15 years straight... Samson is not even close. I also used insulin pretty much daily for 10 years (1993-2003), twice per day...Usually 20 units before and 20 after training... I was not known for bubble gut...how about Dorian?
@Joe-xo3xy8 ай бұрын
@arcevOfficialKZbinPage Hello Milos, I have respect for you as I cannot accomplish what you've accomplished. However, today's bodybuilding is different from the past in a bad way because we are pushing every element hard. I know from experience that when protein with my metabolism starts getting pushed past a certain point, I begin to get super uncomfortable. protein is a very potent macro and in my opinion is reserved for special points in time during a deficit and at a controlled amount. I had severe breathing issues with large quantities. Everybody's metabolism is different and this is nonsense that bodybuilder's want to eat more protein so they sre not hungry during prerp, we are supposed to be hungry during a diet, that is what keeps the stomach super flat. This is all I can logically say. Dorian claimed he used insulin briefly, however, he did have distension issues later on and I am a big fan but that is the truth

@@MilosSarcevOfficialKZbinPage Milos, you are a big problem because when i comment, you always have to be negative. Science is science, I went out of my way to send you and Jay a long message regarding certain things that can improve gut health and stomach distension. Micro adjustments from every angle will fix the problem eventually, since the issue cannot be isolated. If your guy comes in the same as always, Hadi will take him down and if they give the W to Samson and his gut has issues, the bodybuilding community will not let it go. Go and check the comment section on Nick Strength, he is getting roasted at the comment section for his new update which shows a slight hernia. I am just trying to help and create some good will with you. I also wrote to you about a few issues such as protein adjustment. There are a few others I will add and send to you if you care about my 1st email.
