Jalen holds the ball because Jalen can't see the field well or make quick decisive reads after the first option. It's why he's terrible against the blitz outside of the occasional go ball to Brown or Smith. Blitz him, blitz him again, then blitz him some more. He might hit a couple deep shots, but he's likely to give you multiple opportunities to turn them over too.
