Lancia Stratos at Targa Tasmania 2022

Some great footage of the Stratos at Targa Tasmania this year. Due to some very unfortunate circumstance the event was cancelled after only 1 full day of rallying... The car was running well, and hopefully it won't be its last tarmac rally.

Mate that thing has got infinite turn in, the hard part is making sure the rear follows, plenty of issues, but that's rallying! Cheers mate

Man that was fun to watch, not just because it's great to see the Stratos we've followed from the beginning absolutely rip, but also because I can imagine you experiencing total automotive joy behind the wheel. Thanks for the video. I'd love to see a video about what worked/didn't work after THC and Targa Tas. Sounds like you are short shifting? or is that due to the downgrade to 'tour'...

Mate, hard to say, I literally drove the car off the trailer into the workshop and pulled it apart, the brakes clutch and Accelerator we're all a bit of a disaster when I got it so wasn't super keen on driving it at all hard

Why I don't like Targa's in Australia, all the spectators are told where they can stand and if there is a good corner and spectators, cars have to go 40kph through that section.
