This is nice to see you guys covering after the game. 0-5 in the red zone but we moved the ball. Defense is frustrating we gotta get off the field better and tackle better. We did forced a turnover. And we had 10 penalties 5 were in the red zone. But I love the way we fought and how we closed the game.

We had zero punts today. That is huge! In Jayden’s second game zero punts. Took it right down the field every time! Some of those FGs will turn to TDs as he gets more comfortable our offense is gonna be scary! Also After Jayden took that big hit everything slowed down and he stopped just running.

The o line is a killer with penalties and allowing pressure. Hopefully kliff calls some quick developing routes to help JD and the offense as a whole

I feel really good about the mistakes being made are ALL CORRECTABLE. It's not as if they can't fix what's been going wrong. It bodes well for the future. By mid season they should be much improved.

I know everyone will agree with me that the 49ers are a better team than we are, yet they lost to Minnesota. @@forrhs8430 I think they are going to incorporate more vertical stuff as they go along. If they get defensive players up on the line to stop the run and short passes they will open up big plays later in the season. Then the screens will work better. If they did it the other way around Daniels would have a rough go of it taking hits in the pocket and possibly shortening drives. At least I think that’s the logic, get the ball out quick and limit the downfield reads as he gets more comfortable and the oline gets used to working together

There were a lot of things to build on, the d played a little better. St just looked capable, the o moved the ball well. Not sure how much they are building up a film library of their tendency to throw screens to use later deceptively and how much they just like them. Not a great game but they won.

@@forrhs8430 I would also rather him not get hit, but for good second career start he looks so calm and composed. He looks really good. And he seemed to learn from that hit, he did a much better job avoiding contact the rest of the game. Kid is really sharp.

We don't have WR's that get open consistently. So we have to rely on screens and the run. Thank got our Rb's are killin it, aaand the tight ends. We need to teach out D how to tackle and get our speedy sure handed receivers how to get open

Nah I seen them wide open in the second half. Unfortunately the line isn’t allowing Daniels to stay in the pocket comfortably… it’s the same thing that happened to Howell last year.. Howell would be alright but once he got hit in his back a time or two he got to where he couldn’t trust the pocket/line and he would take off early when the routes haven’t developed yet. Kliff the OC needs to watch the film on the saints and how they used the quick and condensed pass game helped the QB and kept the defense at bay. But I’m not a coach so my opinion doesn’t matter apparently🤣🤣

Not Really Pure luck, We saw it happen here before with Joey Slye, you NEVER want your kicker to have to run down a returner like that, they blow their hamstrings Everytime.
