Here is some info for you: This is the first game since 1940 to have no turnovers or punts. Jayden is the first rookie qb ever to have a 91% completion rate or better in a game, setting the record, all time, which means he had more tds than incomplete passes this game. Jayden now has the most 1st down runs of any qb so far this year. He has just 28 less rushing yards less than RG3 through the first 3 games (Who holds the record among rookies) but he seems to be a more accurate passer so far compared to RG3 early on. He was constantly compared to Burrow at LSU being the first starter after him, so you know he wanted this real bad. Jaydens first td pass was to a linemen. The td drive that put the Bengals out of reach included a sack, 2 false starts, a fumble, a 2nd and 21, a 4th and 4, and a 3rd and 7 only to have him drop a perfect 30 yard td pass to Terry after a double move.

This was a shootout. And Washington had the bigger gun in this game. Eckler was a BEAST! The Commanders O-line was like a juggernaut. Jayden Daniels was putting the ball anywhere he wanted to. Burrow and Chase had a good game, but the Bengals were playing catch up ball all night. One of the BEST week 3 games.

Loooooong time Washington fan here, I was concerned that the coaching staff had seen stuff that was making them keep JD on a leash during the first couple of games. What a breath of fresh air this games was, hats off to JD and to the coaches. There were some fantastic passes in here, the 2 to Scary Terry, one deep down field in the 2nd quarter and the TD pass in the 4th, were things of beauty. Have a spring in my step today, hopefully he can do something similar against the Cards in week 4.
