Always helpful in the store. the lady who works there let me try on the £5,400 Frogman a few months ago, even though I told her I have no plans at all to buy it! Great store, and one that has separated me from my money over the years!!!

Thank you so much for taking us into this shop. I'm in the states and don't have easy access to it, so this was a treat. I own the black and blue MRG Frogman and it's a really well made and comfortable watch, with probably the most supple FKM strap I've ever come across.

In the hand the watch does come across very well made and I think it will be a watch to collect over the years, it is a nice watch. I think the black & blue is probably better but the yellow Frog does have the titanium bracelet also. Thanks again.

I also have the Street King . It's a fantastic watch . My favourite is my Mudmaster , but the King is a close second alongside a red Gravitymaster . Just fantastic watches .

Even though I love the full metal G-Shocks and my favorite is the CasiOak. You can't hear any of the alarms, reminders or hourly chirps with a screw down caseback. I went with the GM-B2100 yellow with the positive display and modified it with a full metal case off AliExpress. It has all the markings with a normal cashback. I also bought a original clear band and case for the GA-2100 and a blue band and case for the GM-B2100. So now I have the ultimate watch that I can change up whenever I want from blue, yellow, clear to metal wrapped. All with a positive display. I absolutely love it.

that is some upgrades and interesting. I think the audio beeps seem a little quieter because the weather is warmer and higher air pressure (I think).

@@masterwatch Definitely a great looking watch I just found it too ‘rigid’ so I couldn’t get it to fit properly, it was even digging in and making a dent in my wrist when I bent it :) I have the Rangeman which is super comfortable but equally it has nowhere near the clarity of the new Mudman….worth a try for £300 👍

Ive got a GF-8250 Frog in yellow and its been my fav G for years. I wear it often and the yellow colour has darkened slightly due to being worn regularly but it really looks good still. At one point i owned 40 G shocks.....love em

I keep thinking I will go more over to mechanical watches but then a week later I am back to G-Shocks... I think it is more of a practical thing in that they are always displaying accurate time but I know setting a mechanical does not take too long.

I'd really like the new Mudmaster MRG one with the deep red strap . It's Tough Solar and Multiband 6 which is great . It's £700 but really nice .

I have four of the A-1000 Frogs, love them so much, keep them on stands under a light in my work space. My first thought when the MR-G released was, that Casio had lost their minds. But the more I see this, and thanks for such a good look at it.... they do know how to get you. The finishing on the yellow piece is magnificent. At any rate I'm hoping my Coke-bottle 6900 on order will cheer me up when it arrives. A cheaper feel good model. Hope they release the new Cokes in the UK soon! @masterwatch yes the classic display will always be desirable on the squares, but the newer mib displays, in my honest opinion, are great but shouldn't belong in a gshock square. I meant I really digged the beach vibe themed colors on this release of the g-lide squares, especially the orange one.

I have Casio PRO TREK since I do hiking very often. I do not have to worry about breaking at any situation - its tough. I do not have to worry about severe temprature, like 10 degree below zero C, at which my iPhone's battery dies. I do not have to worry about charging; it has a solar panel built-in, which amazingly get charged in a room if it has a window or two. I LOVE CASIO WATCHES.

Bravo, super vidéo, en général les boutiques g shock sont cool, j'ai acheté il y a quelques mois la GW-8230B-9AER, elle ne me quitte plus, tu a filmé , la rouge, elle me plairait aussi, mais j'ai acheté une voiture neuve, la mrg frogman que tu a montré, c'est une tuerie, on a vue la beauté grâce à ta vidéo. Je suis collectionneur de montes, vintages, mécanique, automatique, de montre moderne, et aussi de casio, les gshock sont incroyable, ce sont mes montres jouets 😂, j'en possède pas mal. Il ont la qualité, plus tu montre en gamme tu voois la différence, certaines sont vieilles, elle ne bouge pas , comme neuve, comme au premier jour.

Colouring! I have the Casio DW-9900 that Mr Rangeman (Watchup69) featured in a video a few years ago. Colouring on bezel and case looked Spitfire orange and yet it actually lipstick red. 😄 But I am not complaining.

I love G shock i own a few mainly to wear at work but do wear the g2100a in steel in london. The MrG collection in my opinion is massively over priced, yes its titanium, but the movement is all electric and has no finesse. for 5k you could get something really special. Rolex, Omega, JLC

They need to do the 5600 with the new display WITHOUT the heartbeat meter. Just the simple yest classic,basic 5600E with the newest display. No bells and whistles. No multi band 6,no tough solar to jack up the price and do it for 75 bux and it would sell like CRAZY. Literally the EXACT 5600 display only in MIPS display,without the bulky sensor on the back....

Casio really dropped the ball on the MRG Frogman. They did a far better job with the 30th anni froggie. The MRG Frogman, is insanely thick, doesn't even offer sensors for how thick it is, and is analog when the Frogman series is traditionally digital.

G-Shocks are great. Full metal G-Shocks are better. MR-G-Shocks are ridiculously expensive and getting close to Rolex prices. The Frogman is simply too large to be worn as an everyday watch and the MR-G version is too expensive to be worn for water activities.

I do like G-Shocks I have several but the yellow MRG is just way too expensive, you are looking at high end Tudor, Grand Seiko Spring Drive or even nocking on the door of Rolex Oyster money for a quartz G-Shock way too much money

I bought my daughter a red GA 800 for 80US$ and the battery doesn't last much more than a couple years which costs 22US$ to replace at the service centre which I consider a rip off. I Also bought myself a GW-A1100 and have had to replace the strap due to it cracking and the outer shroud needed replacing due to wear from my clothes rubbing against it after only 3 years. For a 500US$ watch I find that pretty poor quality but then it is a plastic watch. I have 200US$ dive watches 20 + years old that are more robust to daily use. Over priced plastic watches that may look nice in a stand but once worn they quickly look old.

the plastic/ resin material will wear over time but I know because I have done it myself and buy a replacement bezel and strap and the thing is like new.

I have a nice watch collection and I bought a G-Shock for the hell of it. Nasty little thing. Can hardly tell the time. And the digital display is so tiny may as well not be there. These watches are hugely overhyped.

Tiffany blue dials are absolute ass on any brand. Change my mind

I used to have some Tiffany blue Nike Air trainers, the Nike flash was in blue and I thought they were rubbish but now I so regret thinking that. Tittany blue dials are a distinct colour way today and you either like them or not. For me the colour works with G-Shocks as a person always has a light blue colour on their clothing or a white T-shirt and they always look good.
