She opens surstromming (a fermented Swedish fish dish known for its incredible stink) and then the smell of it is taking the form of a clawed hand and ripping her spine out of her body, which then goes on to open an eye in the skull and transform into her scythe. Then her face splits into book pages? And she is covered in light which resolves into an Iron Maiden (the medieval torture device, because she's a pervert) and then when she comes out she has finished her transformation. That's as near as I can tell anyway, lol
