You don't need a 4080 to get 120 fps in warzone. Even with a rx 7600 I believe you have like 140 fps 1080p. rtx 3060 I believe is around the same..

I believe more pixels & higher resolution gives you more detail & clarity. 1080p will lack at high distance shots where it's gonna be easier to do this on 1440p. 4k gets even better. Would also say this especially is valuable for sniper type players. Or ppl who like to engage at distance. Definitely 1440p is better in almost everything if you have the $

Too many options I wouldn't be able to tell you tbh. First I would find out how much fps your pc can do on your favorite game for example if it runs 140fps then get a 140hz monitor if it runs 220fps then get a 200+hz monitor etc. Then do some research on those monitors.
