I would think his lawyers would be asked some hard questions. They submitted the alleged fraudulent letter to the judge at the last minute. That alone tells you that this was a desperate attempt to sway the judge's ruling. The must have had a good idea that it wasn't going to go in hazbeen's favor. The investigation should start with the Commissioner of the NYPD. He needs to find out if the man who allegedly signed the letter, really did. If not who did. I bet I know who altered a letter in favor of hazbeen. That person should be facing arrest and charges. Again the British court should look into the part played by the lawyers. If they knew the letter was an alleged fake and they still submitted it. This whole thing smells! The bright side of this, Hazbeen still lost the case. Hazbeen needs to be deported from the U.S. without a chance of ever entering it again. If lot lizard wants to she can leave with him. U.S. citizen will be dancing in the streets if the both leave. my opinion and truth.

@@m.h.6499 1. John Hart: Was never an official (according to NYPD) Chief Of Intelligence and he never was. So the first "official letter" had a false Identifying factor. TRUE: from NYPD: The person that addressed the situation in the first letter (that Harry used) did not have the rank designated in the letter. Richard Smith was appointed commander of the Met Counter terrorism command team and was last identified publicly as it's head February 2023. The current head, appointed some time ago is someone entirely different, Don Murphy. In Dec 2023, Richard Smith was still a commander or retired commander and could not be addresses as Chief Superintendent. There is no record of him being demoted. There are other things wrong with the letter that include: 1. It is from a person who does not hold the rank ascribed to him in it . 2. It is not on the correct letterhead. 3. The Font is different from other NYPD letters 4. The letter being used by Harry saying that NYPD saying two persons were being charged in the incident, is not correct. No one charged, no one arrested. The document that Harry presented may have been a document that has been tampered with to add the incorrect info and was presented to the court....but, the court outsmarted the Harkles and they had the correct document ...thus Harry or his lawyer submitted a fake document....he should have been arrested! It was a forgery submitted to the court

Document #2 The letter that The court received from the NYPD, said no arrests, no charges and found Harry's drivers/security were the cause of the "chaos", not the paparazzi, and found the paparazzi were called and asked to come and do the photos. I hope the court will bring charges against whoever created the forged document. NOTE: The "chaos that was caused was due to Harry's driver's failing to follow directions from their escort (police) and suddenly taking off from the police escort and turning the wrong way up a one way street and causing all those drivers to go up onto the sidewalk to avoid them. The police stopped them, got them turned around, and took them to the site where they put them in a cab. So, the police had enough of their nonsense and that was the end of it. The police obviously did not feel there was any danger other than Harry's drivers/security to the public. The court in the UK should, please, press charges for false information

That letter was never going to have any impact on the ruling. The judicial review concerned UK security only. As the judge said, the letter was irrelevant because the incident related to a foreign country and not the UK. If they thought any different, if their barrister thought any different, then they really are all very stupid indeed.

Just my thoughts - the car chase was a set up for their IPP case. No one in their right mind - especially if they have had security training since birth like Harry and Meghan got when she joined the family - would get out of a secure blacked out car to get into a yellow cab with clear windows and an unknown driver and spend the e next couple of hours driving round. His mother died because she wasn’t wearing a seatbelt - none of them appeared be wearing them, and Meghan and her mother looked completely chilled out and smiling or looking at their phones. The letter itself completely disagrees with all of the information that came out at the time. These two seem to think they can do and get away with anything. The exercise balls in the 2 of coins cards reminds me of Harry’s story about Meghan giving birth and how he was bouncing around on the birthing ball and getting high on laughing gas.

This letter taints them all by it existing & used in a U.K. court case! ....or is it a case of "show me the $$" & a doc on official letterhead can be produced that will stand up to scrutiny in any court. How is that not a priority?!

This just confirms what Bill Simmons said about them! Only grifters would submit a letter to the court confirming them "in danger" on NYPD letterhead (that NYPD says was sent out in error?!). imo, just another grift!

I just wonder if the consequence indicated by the Knight of Pentacles might be in the realm of the court costs awarded against H for this case, pentacles of course being money cards. I believe there is some sort of cap on the costs to enable people with low income to go up against the government without being disadvantaged, but I think there may also be a degree of judge's discretion involved. If so, and the court is aware that chicanery was attempted, it could affect H financially.
