I'm confused on the the chicken broth...1.2 parts of chicken broth with 3 cups of rice. Usually you make equal part rice and water but since you sautéed the rice, it takes less water to cook? Please someone help explain this. I would like to make this. Thanks.

There are 3 reasons why we use less water in this 1) because the stock is stronger than water I mean it have something dissolve in there and it’s make the stock boiling point higher than water boiling point 2) the rice is cook briefly in pan already so it need less water to cook 3) the rice in this menu gonna cover with thin film of chicken oil at the end and somehow it’s make the rice feel more soft and abit more water can make it clumpy however a bit less water than usual still make the good textured
