+Synth Ovine Now that's some copy paste opinion right there, only thing you show is that you are frustrated and kind of a douche. Would be kind of you to remove your comment as I don't think this kind of "discussion" belongs on this channel, and you can keep it to your circle of friends (who probably don't want to hear it either).
@mabs503
@mabs503 7 жыл бұрын
Well... hmm... Synth Ovine: So you think you are informed? I'd say you still have some more level information to find. The criminals in Malmö generally target each other, when fighting over "rights" to sell drug. The criminals that get visual are mostly 2nd generation immigrants from former Yugoslavia and Middle East and the other big group is bike gang related criminals like HA and Bandidos. There is no No Go Zone. I have never felt scared in any part of Malmö. There are places where I will not go alone and drunk during the night, but that's to be expected in any larger city. Regarding targeting jews, that's just not true. The crimes are in general not related to religion or ethnicity, much more related to socioeconomic factors like what area you are in and come from. Crime in Malmö has decreased in general the last 3-4 years, but the general perception about the level of crime has not. That will take some time, and that's not something that makes headlines

As a locksmith in Sweden, who works with assa everyday. I can tell you that most of the top pins aren’t original. The springs are the old type. The lock is called Assa 500. Channel two and four top pins are homemade.

Great video! I've never seen a copper bodied ASSA before and the pins were great. I had some salty licorice while working in Finland; it's definitely intense. We'd give a piece to any new person showing up on site as a welcome to Finland. There's salty licorice alcohol too.

The white stuff on Djungelvrål is ammonium chloride. It's a very distinctive taste and quite popular in Scandinavia, and if you've had it a few times, just the reminder several years later will make your saliva glands go into overdrive.

It is not "covered" with ammonium chloride, it is mixed with it (and called salmiakki in Finland, look it up in wikipedia). I don't know this particular swedish brand, but the best of salmiakki candies are really nice, they are like a whole new world of taste sensation.

The chocolate bar is called mjölkchoklad which is milk chocolate. That's the pretty standard bar (in the smallest package) here in Sweden. Then you have Djungelvrål which meand Jungle Roar.. I think it's licorice and salt...crazy :) And no we do not have monkies nor giraffes here. The Zoo candy though is really nice! The last one is call Bilar (not your name) it means cars. Has been one of the standard candy here for decades too.

Bill, the "Monkey pellets" is to be translated into "Jungle Screech" and your "lucky charms" are called "Cars" and started to sell in 1953 so yes, they are very traditional in Sweden. They have a "big brother" called, "Limousine" too. The Jungle screech is as you discovered very salty and "licorice" (yes we have both sweet and salty licorice) while the "cars" are sweet and chewy. The chocolate is a very Swedish brand and taste sweeter than for example Swiss made chocolate.

Everyone else here, and rightly so, is commenting about locks, so I'll comment about the "Cuckoo". In short, "Cuckoo" primarily refers to one particular bird, the European Cuckoo, and other birds of a similar genome (including the Roadrunner). "Cuckoo" has a second meaning in the avian world, "any breed of bird which has the devious attribute of laying its eggs in the nest of another bird". There are Cuckoo Ducks (Black Ducks, like 'Daffy'), Cuckoo Chickens (the Maran Chicken, for one), and a few other types that I am sure to have missed. I enjoy the heck out of these locksport videos, by the way!

Which, I might add, is a contraction of "sal ammoniac". That's not a quaint old-timey name for something innocuous, it's actually produced by neutralizing hydrochloric acid with ammonia.

Hertzyscowicz But originally, it was obtained directly from a natural deposit in Egypt, religiously associated with the deity Amun. Hence "Salt of Amun". The relationship to what is now known as Ammonia was discovered centuries later and named after the salt.

@johnfrancisdoe1563
@johnfrancisdoe1563 6 жыл бұрын
Martin Thibodeau Assa has a long tradition of using the same outer cylinder bodies for a multitude of models, allowing locksmiths to insert any current core into any body shape when rekeying for customers. So best bet is to look at the warding of the keyhole and match it up to a specific small number of alternatives. Next look inside the keyhole for any sidebars (The 1600 series etc.), which are offered with the same warding as no-sidebar cores to allow mixing high and low security in a system with shared keys. Also look at the body if it's one of the electronic versions where a chip and battery in the key handle talks to a chip in the body, which then decides if it should electrically lift the rearmost pin using power from the key battery.

The ASSA "torpedo" key pins are infamous for being hard to get back down if you over set them. You pretty much have to recock the lock and start over... They also come in a version where the top edge is tapered so it gives you counter rotation trying to lure you into an over set... ASSA really likes us pickers so they give us all the love their engineers can come up with :P Grab hold of an ASSA SCD 700 if you wan't a field day of picking: 7 pins, factory countermilled core, christmas trees and tapered pins for drivers, torpedo key pins and super super tight tolerances... only "good" thing is that you can get a straight shot at the pins from the bottom with a .015" pick.

Lauri3000 Google translated this for ya. sry for any error blame Google lol During the 19th century, the peacock was a fairly common hedgehog in southeast Sweden. However, at the beginning of the 20th century it had disappeared. For a decade, 1986 - 1996, it returned and hatched regularly in southeast Sweden on Öland and Gotland. As a rule, 28 sites were found with pairs or single birds. Since 2000, the peat bird is once again lost as a hedgehog in the country. Changes in the landscape are considered to be the main reason for the decline of the species. Probably the peat bird is difficult to find food as pastures are becoming increasingly rare in modern agriculture. The increased poison use in nature's winter areas also helps to reduce the number of species.

I dont know anything about locks. (i jsut started watchign these after a random suggestion haha) So could any kind soul be so nice to explane why the pins just dont fall down again after he moves to next pin. ? i am purely guessing thats what hes doing, pushing em into place one by one. What i dont get is why they stay there until he get em all ... seems to me that would be a smarter design to make locks safer if pins fell down again. the springs doesn seem to do that well enough. Because a key would clearly be able to hold all up , but that tool doesn seems cable of holding more then one up of the time.
@andersjjensen
@andersjjensen 7 жыл бұрын
I guess by now you have figured out that this is exactly why we put tension on the lock.. to force things to bind up, to overcome the spring tension behind the driver pins (and to separate key pins and driver pins at the shear line).
